The hotel is quite new and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are fully equipped with what you need, there is a decent gym (free and open 24/7), a nice pool and a wellness (against payment). What makes it even better is the staff, which was so friendly that it must be more than the result of just a hospitality training.

Room Tip: rooms with pool view are really nice

beautiful and peaceful hotel. lovely staff specially Joana! breakfast is really tasty and the gym is very good. the room is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend and come back here for my private holidays. this is also a very good hotel for conference! thank you all

Just spent 3 nights at this new hotel. It's modern clean and big. Location is good if you like a walk and somewhere a bit quieter but it's only a 15 minute walk into the centre. Spa treatments are really good and a reasonable price for 5*. You have to pay €15per room per day to use the spa facilities (steam, sauna, indoor pool) but it's free if you get a treatment. Hotel bar is good but no real atmosphere. Ordered room service and it was not nice but the hotel compensated with free breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was really nice, good selection for the size of the hotel, no live cooking stations but was not missed. Husband used the gym twice which he said was good

First of all the checkin. The girl on the reception Patricia, never never smiled any moment during the checkin. It was like: Fill in this paper please. Fill in the incomplete data please. It was also the first time in all the hotels I did where you had to pay your whole stay in advance. Like they don’t trust the guests at all. No question of the reception if they could help you with something else. No city map was given while the previous hotel at Cascais showed it spontaneous.
Next our luggage was brought to our room. And only that guy was the most friendly guy of all the workers.
During our stay the breakfast was good quality. But again the workers don’t give any service feeling. The first breakfast they asked would you like coffee? I said yes but I asked for tea for my girlfriend. She said ok. After she came back with coffee, I asked for the tea but she said. You can take it by yourself over there. Why not saying that in the beginning. Another day at the breakfast, we arrived and there were no scrambled eggs. Ok it can happen but not waiting for more than a half hour. So no eggs that morning for me.
The evening before we leave we needed something from our car which was parked it the private parking space from the hotel.
Again a guy from the reception America or something asked us was our number of the car was? We asked for more information. He said yes you should have a ticket with a number on it otherwise I cannot give you the car key. Meantime he opened the cabinet slide and I said that’s our car key. He again no I cannot give you the car key without the number. But we said we do not have any number. We do no know about a number. We, not he came with the idea to give our room number. After that he finally asked another guy to go with us to the parking space. Hello, again the feeling not be welcome in this hotel.
After that we were back at our room we packed our luggage. During that packing we found a ticket which was laying on the seat of the chair. It must be felt of our luggage during the first day. So they just lay down that ticket on our luggage without saying anything at all why it is used for. Again that girl Patricia at the reception didn’t tell us anything about that ticket for getting the car?? We have to smell it or what?
So the last day we checked out. Again very business feeling. No smile. Just paper work. Paying the expensive 4 full day parking price (72€) while we only stay there 2 fully days. The other 2 days was just the checkin at the afternoon the first day and the checkout in the morning the last day. But paying for the whole 4 days. But OK it’s easy money but haven’t complained about that and just payed it.
But after the again the regular paper work without smiling I was was waiting for him to say we hope you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Or I wish you a good travel back. Or wishing you a good day. NOT at all! You know what the last words of the guy were after paying? Anything else? That’s all. Like he was saying next person please. That feeling was given. I thought by myself OK again the confirmation of not feeling welcome at all in this hotel. They not smile, they not trust the guest, they not give you a welcome feeling.
We did not even got a welcome drink. I realized it after we were driving back to the airport. Even it was mentioned at our booking papers. So to give a summery. As a guest, I feel like paying a lot of money to get grumpy workers that do not give you a welcome feeling. A reception I would be shamed if I would be the manager. That for a 5 star hotel where mostly 5 star hotels are give you that extra special service/feeling. Well we not at all. The service was worse. Think about that. I do not recommend this hotel and would not book again.

At our hotel we do our utmost to provide our valued guests with perfect holiday experiences, therefore, we regret that on this occasion we did not completely fulfil your expectations. You can rest assured that we will investigate all of the areas of concern that you mention in your review. However, we would like to apologise for the misunderstandings regarding your car park number, which indeed we do have to insist on to avoid incidents. And also for the confusion regarding the serving of beverages at breakfast, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and will relay your comments to the correct department for their consideration. Last but not least, we must say that all of our staff are constantly trained and are selected following strict criteria, moreover, they are characterized for their kind and professional manner, we are saddened that this is not the impression that you received. We are very disappointed that we did not have a report of your disillusion whilst in our hospitality as we could have rectified these discrepancies immediately because at Iberostar our main aim is complete customer satisfaction.

Nice location in less touristy area of Lisbon. 15 mins walk to central areas. Good breakfast with excellent variety and nice pool and spa area. All rooms and public areas are very clean and spa/concierge staff were very welcoming. My only small and minor criticism was at breakfast; the staff were a little inattentive and I had to ask for coffee multiple times everyday. I felt as if I was annoying the staff however the only way to get coffee at breakfast was to ask the waiting staff who would bring it over and serve it to you - maybe a cafetiere for the table would be more efficient and less time consuming for staff? It would also be nice if the spa stayed open a little later, until 10 pm for example, so you could enjoy the spa after a long day out! Would recommend this hotel.
