Even went so far as to not look through the menu in any great detail & plumped for the seafood rice dish (for 2) as recommended by the Berlitz reviewer. Our waiter had an engaging disposition, a good sense of humour, and was attentive to our needs throughout the night, even when things got noticeably busier. The surroundings were superb, the vibe good, and the food of a very high standard. We also had a large beer, 1/2 bottle Mateus, the couvert, 1 x starter, 2 x pudims (highly recommended) and the bill barely came to 60 euros.
Returned on our last night where we substituted the desserts for a bottle of sparkling wine, but the bill was again only around 60 euros. Absolutely fantastic value given the standard of fare on offer, and this was the foody highlight of our visit to Lisbon.
