We ate here for dinner on a Saturday night. We made reservations which ended up being a very good idea...people that were just showing up were having to wait. The food was good and traditional, the Fado was traditional, the staff was VERY friendly. Don't expect to have a fast experience. You'll be there a few hours...but you should go in expecting that. They were probably a little understaffed but since you're there to take in the music and atmosphere it shouldn't really be a problem.
If you're looking for a traditional place to see Fado and have a good meal - this place is solid.
