This museum, o museo dos Azulejos, is a real must see! It gives you a perfect overview over the whole tile theme, it shows different types of Azulejos during the different centuries and the golden church filled with beautiful Azulejos is just amazing! But please keep on the carpet! Otherwise the nice staff will ask you kindly not to step on the wooden floor. Only some of the guards in the different rooms are a bit strange, in the morning we arrived early and took a breakfast rest in the garden, we said good morning to the people rushing to work, but a few of them, who later turned out as guards in different rooms of the museum, looked away and kept silent instead of greeting. Sitting on their chairs in the museum some of them looked made faces like the famous grumpy cat! Anyway you should definitely visit this museum!
