We stayed at the Hotel Corinthia for two days and on our second day we decided to make use of this restaurant which is attached to the hotel rather than head back into downtown Lisbon.
Bad Choice ! We could have taken the Metro, gone downtown, eaten, maybe had a walk around, and probably still have been back in our hotel room before we actually finished eating in this place !
The service was pleasant enough, but it was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was barely a third full. We felt invisible as we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken, then quite annoyed as we waited another hour without our entrees. We were actually on the point of standing up and leaving when the manager came over to our table, apologised for the wait, and provided some complimentary wine by way of appeasement.
Was it worth the wait ? To be honest, the answer has to be no. The food was underwhelming, overly expensive for what it was, and average at best. We would definitely stay at this hotel again (as noted in a separate review), but dining at this restaurant ? That is 100% unequivocally a NO.
