Excellent, multilingual service. Comfortable, modern and clean. Great price. The convenience of the metro station across the street cannot be overemphasized. In ways that cannot be guessed by merely looking at the map, it is a plus, as it gives you quick access to where you want to go, while staying in a comfortable, quiet, safe neighbourhood. Thank you!

Stayed for five nights with a couple of mates. Very convenient to Metro to/from airport and down town (get a rechargeable ticket). Substantial quality continental breakfast included. Quiet one-way road. Friendly staff, no problems with English (thanks).

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be excellent value for a city hotel. It is very convenient for the Metro, the brilliant Gulbenkian Museum and gardens & the El Corte Ingles shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Rooms are kept very clean and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Good buffet breakfast was included in the price we paid. All in all perfect for a city break.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony at back of hotel are good.

We stayed in Principe for almost two weeks and it was a bull's eye :)
Hotel in located on very quiet street - just one-way traffic.Location is very safe. There's el Corte Ingles store nearby where you can buy everything :) Red/Blue line metro station is just on the other side of the street. Room was not too big but was enough for us and got everything we needed - very comfortable double bed, desk, big mirror, wardrobe, safe box, little fridge, LCD TV with 20 stations. Bathroom was also big enough with big shower. Room was very clean, service everyday if needed. "Do not enter" badge respected :) Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain was quite boring breakfast - there's lot of bread, ham, cheese, fruits, croissants but lack of any vegetables, some eggs, warm sausages etc. Very good coffee machines :) Price was very reasonable for what they offer. I recommend promotion 20% off for >5day stay early booking :)

A modern, functional hotel in a quiet part of Lisbon. There is an underground station just across the street, from which you can get to the airport in 30 minutes and to the historical centre in 10 minutes. The wonderful Gulbenkian Museum and the large Corte Ingles department store are a very short walk away. Although decoration is minimalist, to say the least, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed (efficient and noiseless air-conditioning, free WiFi). The staff is friendly, efficient and speaks many languages. Good breakfast included in room price.
Very good value for money for any kind of stay in Lisbon, unless you're looking for something a bit romantic.

Room Tip: I had a room on the street side of the hotel, but it was very quiet.

The hotel is very friendly. All the suggestions that I specified when booking the hotel were met. I'm with a friend could not arrive at the hotel on the first day due to transport strike airlines. However, the hotel met us and kept our reservations on the old original price.
The hotel is very clean, with modern design and facilities. The breakfasts are very good, especially liked the cappuccino from the coffee machine. On the breakfast lots of delicious pastries and fruit. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, towels changed every day. The location is not in the center but close to the metro station node. To attractions and the airport can be reached quickly and comfortably. I would recommend this hotel with friendly staff and a friendly attitude to their guests.

Room Tip: Recommend the rooms to the courtyard, these rooms are plush and large balconies.

My experience learned me to point a few items of importance when I book a hotel. So there's a comfortable bed, clean room/bathroom, breakfast and the price. Because I prefer to rent a car, even in cities as Lisboa, it also gives me the possibility to go for a hotel in the more quiet areas. More choice and less expensive.
When all of this AND the reviews look OK - like for Principe Lisboa- I make my booking!

The staff are nice and very helpful, the hotel is clean and one can have a private garage for only €11 a day.
Drinks and snacks are at very reasonable price.
My fifth hotel in this city and for sure, it will be my future choice!

Para o staff do Hotel :"Muito obrigado e até brêve!"
