It is a typical business hotel.
Great location (5m from the airport), nice rooms, good breakfast. Not absolute luxury but you probably weren't looking for that here!

I was afraid of the noise, because of the location near the airport and one of the most busy streets of Lisbon, but I was not disturbed by the noise... But I was given a 'top floor' room...

A great 4 star like hotel, that fully met the expectations.

Stayed: April 2013, travelled solo

We stayed here for a morning flight out of the airport. The price point attracted us (we paid $70) and it certainly was the right choice vs. spending 3x to stay downtown. We took a taxi into town anyway. The room was fine and shower decent but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The shuttle in the AM is only for 4 people at a time and you have to sign up ahead of time. It is a very quick trip though.

I stayed for one night last week on a business trip. Nice hotel; quiet, spacious room, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is also situated close to a metro stop in order to head into the city centre. The concierge was very helpful in giving me clear instructions and directions and I felt very comfortable to do this and spend a few hours seeing the centre.

I decided not to wait for the hotel shuttle bus so took a taxi. This was just as well as I discovered the ‘shuttle bus’ is a car that carries maximum 4 passengers so is not suitable for the size of hotel. I booked the car for my return trip to the airport which went very smoothly.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in very swift.

For an airport hotel the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The laminate floors, although not too attractive, gives you confidence that the place is clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Amenities were standard Radisson.

The breakfast buffet was large but uninspiring. There seemed to be only 1 person on breakfast duty which again was not enough.

Overall a decent airport hotel albeit about the most expensive.

I liked this hotel! The staff was very helpful and the room was really comfortable. It's just minutes away from the airport yet the room itself was pretty quiet. The little hotpot available in the room to make hot beverages was appreciated, as was the mini-fridge. I would definitely stay here again and I would be interested in staying at other hotels in this chain
Also, we had a light dinner in the bar area of the hotel. The waiter was attentive and the seating was comfortable and inviting. As I said, I really liked staying here. In the early a.m. we had a return flight home and the staff member drove us and another couple right to the airport..no charge. Awesome! It was a nice way to leave the lovely country of Portugal.

This is a good 4 star hotel. Convenient, good facilities and good for meals, breakfast and lunch og good quality. Its close to the airport and has a shuttle (not for pick up but does take to airport when leaving).
Rooms are good size, but beds not very comfortable; reasonable range of TV channels, and free wi-fi though out the hotel, and tea/coffee making facility. Fitness room is small and not much equipment.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Ask for room away from road

My wife and I stayed here for a 4 night break in Lisbon from 14th to 18th October 2013. We took a taxi (cost 8 euros) from the Airport as the complimentary shuttle service that is offered is only one way from the hotel. We were upgraded to a superior room at no extra charge and enjoyed a very spacious room on the 4th floor with 2 large double beds, free toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, free WiFi and a large sofa. It lived up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and overall quality of service that I have experienced in the Radisson hotel chain.
A few hints and tips if you stay here: Campo Grande metro is a few mins walk (quite a few pelican crossings to get there) and takes 15/20 mins to the city . The yellow open top tourist bus stops quite near the hotel so you can use this as an alternative and see a bit more of the city. We bought a 48 hr pass on the tourist bus and found it an excellent way of taking in the city and surrounding sights. Little choice of alternative eateries by hotel other than a Chinese restaurant which was reasonably priced for food and drinks. Final tip, if you have time, take a 35 minute train ride to Cascais, a beautiful seaside village on the Atlantic coast.

Room Tip: I think the standard of rooms are pretty consistent across all floors, ask if you can have a free up...
