This hotel at the Lisbon airport has a free airport shuttle (call when you're connected to the internet or have the phone number on hand). It does a good imitation of a three diamond luxury hotel (including the price). Has a good full breakfast free to guests, at least in the "superior" rooms. But the kitchen is inflexible about the ingredients in menu listed items, even when told of food allergies (or maybe the waiters don't always deliver the message). It's hard to get a useful suggestion about substitute dishes. The hotel has a "100% satisfaction guarantee policy," so if I had been there for more than one overnight to catch a flight I'd have called the customer satisfaction phone line. But be warned you take your chances with it if you choose them for just one night, and perhaps otherwise.

Room Tip: Check out the features (like the free breakfast), and whether they're available in all rooms or in the room you're reserving.

It is a typical business hotel.
Great location (5m from the airport), nice rooms, good breakfast. Not absolute luxury but you probably weren't looking for that here!

I was afraid of the noise, because of the location near the airport and one of the most busy streets of Lisbon, but I was not disturbed by the noise... But I was given a 'top floor' room...

A great 4 star like hotel, that fully met the expectations.

We stayed here for a morning flight out of the airport. The price point attracted us (we paid $70) and it certainly was the right choice vs. spending 3x to stay downtown. We took a taxi into town anyway. The room was fine and shower decent but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The shuttle in the AM is only for 4 people at a time and you have to sign up ahead of time. It is a very quick trip though.

I stayed for one night last week on a business trip. Nice hotel; quiet, spacious room, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is also situated close to a metro stop in order to head into the city centre. The concierge was very helpful in giving me clear instructions and directions and I felt very comfortable to do this and spend a few hours seeing the centre.

I decided not to wait for the hotel shuttle bus so took a taxi. This was just as well as I discovered the ‘shuttle bus’ is a car that carries maximum 4 passengers so is not suitable for the size of hotel. I booked the car for my return trip to the airport which went very smoothly.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in very swift.

For an airport hotel the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The laminate floors, although not too attractive, gives you confidence that the place is clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Amenities were standard Radisson.

The breakfast buffet was large but uninspiring. There seemed to be only 1 person on breakfast duty which again was not enough.

Overall a decent airport hotel albeit about the most expensive.
