I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful night my family and I enjoyed in this hotel.

In fact, we are not able to sleep adequately due to the fact of having an atypic family (so they say), noisy and unrespectful of others.

Great buffet breakfast as well.

Nice view over Lisbon.

Good value for money.

This is a relatively new, high rise hotel on the North side of the city, adjacent to metro stations (Praca de Espana, Zoo) and to a rail link at Sete Rios. We bought day tickets for seniors at 6 Euros 50 each, giving unlimited 24h travel on metro, tram, bus, and elevator/funicular. Public transport is excellent, and very useful given the very hilly nature of the city. Hotel rooms are standard Ibis, but do have one or two modern upgrades such as radio in the bathroom and portable dvd feed on the tv. Breakfast was ok, although fresh fruit a bit limited and uninspiring. There was a diy fresh orange juicer though. Unlike many Ibis hotels we've visited, there is a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. Just as well, as Ibis on-site evening dining is limited. We managed to park for free at the front of the hotel, but there is also paid underground parking on site. Don't be tempted to park on the waste ground at the rear of the hotel or you'll be hassled by unofficial car park touts for what amounts to protection money. Hotel is well situated for day trips to Sintra (from Sete Rios by rail - 45 minutes), or beautiful Obidos (1 hour by car). Wifi is free, and ok for occasional use, but don't count on it for business. Smoking rooms are all on floors 1 and 2, and even the corridors stink as you'll notice if the lift stops there. We were on the 6th floor, which was fine.Ask for a room in one of the high floors (up to 14)for great views of the city.Hotel is on direct, busy flight path to Lisbon airport, so you'll see a lot of aircraft, very low, but sound-proofing is excellent. Air con also very good. 24 hour bar/cafe and reception. We'll certainly be using this hotel again.

Room Tip: The higher floor the better for great city views.

Stayed with my family for 5 nights. Rooms were ok but a bit small, the staff was great, very helpful and nice. Location is ok but not in the center, and there's nothing much to do arround the hotel - it's a business area not residential or commercial.
