We stayed at the Miraparque for 3 nights from 13th October 2013. We booked online directly with the hotel with no problem. We were able to request a double room when booking which we got. We arrived an hour before check in and the hotel offered to find us a clean room we could use until a double was available but we were keen to get out and explore so the hotel looked after our bags for us (and again at the end of our stay as we had almost a full day in Lisbon before we flew home). Our room was lovely and quiet and spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. There was the usual continental breakfast with plenty of variety and tea, coffee and juice on tap. We'd definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If possible request a park facing room on a higher floor.

We stayed at the Miraparque Hotel for seven nights. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have all you require for a city break. Mini bar prices are very reasonable and breakfast consists of typical continental breakfast fare. All you need to start the day. The hotel staff were very helpful and speak very good English. The Hotel is two minutes walk from the Metro station "Parque" and the very handy sight seeing big red buses "Greyline" are a five minute walk away at "Marquis de pombal" circle. If you wish to get around on foot the hotel is about 2Km from the old town centre. All in all a great place to stay to visit a great city.

Room Tip: A higher room with a park view would be our recommendation. Ours was perfect :-)

It was our first visit to Lisbon and we chose this hotel because of its location. It turned out to be an even better location than we thought.
Very close to both the Parque and Marques do Pombal Metro stations, almost next door to the departure for the tourist sightseeing bus services, making it very close to almost anywhere in Lisbon.
The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their command of English was exceptional.
Rooms were relatively spacious, especially for a 3 star hotel, there was no local noise, so the rooms were quiet. It is located next to a large park, so very little vehicular fumes, despite being in the midst of a large city.
Breakfast was ok, although the coffee isn't wonderful.
I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the park

Booked here for a four day October Lisbon break. Excellent position, 2 minutes from the Parque Metro station and if you buy a 6 euro day ticket that gives you full access to all parts of the city. Front desk staff superb, most helpful and resourceful. Comfortable clean room and a perfectly reasonable continental breakfast, completed the offering. Overall excellent value and was a major factor in our enjoyment of the break.

Room Tip: We asked for a park view room. The road outside is only a minor feeder road and so no noise issue as...

We had a great experience at the hotel! The hotel was very close to the metro and a short walk from the main part of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would go out of their way to help us with anything needed. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast! Would highly recommend this hotel!! We had a great visit!

Spent 3 nights at the Miraparque on my way back to the U.S. from Beja, Portugal and found the hotel to be very accommodating. Rooms are rather large by European standards for a 3 star hotel, so very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast (incl) was very good and included hot and cold dishes. The front desk is also very good with providing local information and recommendations and is available 24hrs. The hotel is located across from one of the largest parks in Lisbon, so very quite and is less than 2 blocks from the Metro station. In addition the the Red Bus tour main location is also 2 blocks away. Very convenient for getting around. Will definately consider staying there again next trip to Lisbon.

We stayed for 5 night from 3rd Oct till 8th Oct. Location very convenient and very close to the metro, Parque station ,and within easy reach to everywhere. Superb service with very knowledgable, helpful and courteous staff who made excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. Our room which overlooked the Eduardo VII park was of good size, clean and with very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. WiFi was available in the bedroom but we did not use this service. The location on a quiet road with a park opposite offered very pleasant walks with great views over the city. The staffs were very helpful when we requested a late check out as our flight was late in the evening. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Lisbon and will recommend to our friends and relatives. Final say ... 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service!!!
