This looks like a four star property so, if you do not have five star expectations, you will not be disappointed. The room and the bathroom were spacious and well appointed.
Its in a quiet part of town. but there is a metro station just outside the front door and taxis are easily available.
The friendly front office staff and the concierge speak English well and were very helpful in giving us information and guidance. For example, we just enquired about Fado and they made us a booking at a nice restaurant and organised a taxi to take us there.
The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was good but the staff, especially a couple of ladies, distinctly lacked the warmth that was evident at the reception.
There are no safety lockers in the rooms but there is a complimentary facility at reception. You have to pay for internet.
A good place to stay in Lisbon...More
