We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. It's located some way out of the center of Lisbon, but I think this is a plus after a day exploring the city and returning to the tranquility of the location and the fantastic gardens.
There was a problem checking-in, but this was soon sorted and we were taken to our lovely room near the outside pool. The room was comfortable and clean and large enough just for the two of us. Only negative was a lack of starage space and coat hangers - not a big deal for a 3 night stay.
All the staff were great, from the reception, to the restaurant staff and the guy who drives the complimentary bus that drops you at various points in the city - saves a taxi if you time it right!
Breakfast was good, but we ate out every night as we prefer to try local restaurants so can't comment on the evening meal in the restaurant.
Pool area was very nice (surrounded by tropical gardens) with very comfortable sunbeds. Towels were provided which was good.
There is a bus/tram stop a few 100 yards from the hotel which runs between Belem and the city center which was very handy.
All in all a perfect location, lovely hotel with good staff. Would recommend.More
