I stayed at the Sheraton Lisboa for 2 nights in April for Business. I stayed in a club room, and although on the expensive side, the room and it's view was worth it. The glass wall into the bathroom was a nice design feature, however would not afford much privacy to a couple sharing. Theattended dry large bath and shower, however the water pressure and temperature were not quite high enough to make it a truly indulgent experience. I attended a conference, and the food and service were exceptional. All interactions with the staff were very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend for the business traveller. The broadband is a little slow, and is not complimentary on all floors, this being the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars in my rating. Will definitely go back, exceptional sunset views from panorama bar.

Stayed here for three nights on my trip to Portugal. I have no complaints whatsoever. 4 free computers in the lobby to use for the internet, a friendly helpful staff (though the older male concierge was a tad cranky), and a solid location. We walked to the center of the city each morning, and it was an easy downhill walk, and the Metro was cheap and easy to use in getting back to the hotel. The room was comfortable, the bathroom easy to use, and I got a great rate using Priceline. Would gladly stay here again. Lisbon is a wonderful city, and among my favorites in Europe.

The recent refurbishment of this hotel works. It really is a very pleasant experience with the rooms well appointed although the supply of tea bags seemed to be a bridge too far for both reception and room service. We thought the food and beverages were good but highly priced for a weekend leisure breaker. Location was excellent with the main tourist attractions a ten minute walk away whilst authentic Portugal was nearby if you wanted it. All in all a nice stay.

Room Tip: Superb views the nearer to the roof top restaurant you get

We stayed 4 nights at this place and obtained a nice quiet room at the far end of one of the corridors.
Also tested both restaurants, quite nice, although relatively expensive for Lisbonne.
Very nice Top floor bar with a great view over the city.

By cab hotel is less than 5 min from downtown (Rossio), and 15 mn from Belem. Since cabs are very cheap in Lisbon, it was very practical.

We stayed 3 nights in the sheraton during a tourist visit in Lisbon. The room was nice, the service was generally good, however the hotel is quite a long walk from downtown Lisbon. For this, as a tourist, I would not recommend it. The swimming pool that they use in ads is not free! We wanted to just sitby the pool and we were asked to pay €12.50! There is no other outdoor terrace available in the hotel. The closest in 10mn away in the parc. We were taken aback with this. Also, there are no free wifi....who ask to pay for wifi nowadays? Answer : 5 stars hotel! There were 4 computers in the lobby, it felt like being back in the 90 at the Internet cafe and wait for a free spot. Not satisfactory. Good service and good cocktail in the lobby bar. The view from the sky bar is lovely but the drinks were 25% more expensive! A comfortable hotel but not worth the price.
