We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It is clean, air cond + wifi very good. Location ok. 45 min walk to downtown or with metro.
Breakfast and staff ok.
Only negative: if you have a room on the backside, there is noisy from the air cond from the other buildings.

Stayed: July 2014

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in June with my work. We also booked meeting rooms for an international meeting.
The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you would want. BBC world service on the TV, hairdryer, kettle and iron. Big comfy beds.

The location isn't the best but it is close to a metro station and taxis into town aren't too expensive but if you're going for the sights, maybe try to find somewhere closer to town.
If your looking for a hotel for an event, it was good however the function rooms are a little tired.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is wifi in the hotel however coverage is patchy. And the breakfast is good plus they have a coffee bar which is great if you're a coffee snob like me.

Room Tip: Aim for a room on a higher level

We only stayed here for one night and arrived late in the evening from the airport. The location of the hotel is both very convenient for the Metro, and a short hop from the airport or approx. 10 euros by taxi.

We were allocated a good sized room on the 10th floor, which was both very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay (free Wifi, ironing board and iron, safe, great king sized bed and a large bathroom). Although we arrived on an evening that could have been noisy (Portugal Vs USA in the World Cup football), we found the hotel nice and quiet. We did not have breakfast.

It was a convenient place to leave our baggage for the day, as we explored Lisbon and we felt it was a safe place to leave it.

This was our transition hotel before heading back to the states. While the hotel itself is located close to the airport, so convenient for us, it could use some updating. We simply could not get comfortable in our room as the air conditioning was not adequate. Granted it was exceptionally hot for June but unfortunately this is a generic problem with many European hotels. Would probably not stay here if we were to be in Lisbon for multiple days but for 1 night, it was OK.

I stayed in this hotel 5 nights. My first room was very small. There was probably about 40 CM between the end of the bed and the desk. the safe didn't work and they were not able to fix it. I was on a non smoking floor but there were many other guests smoking. When I asked to change rooms as a result of the smoking mostly they were not cooperative until I asked for the manager. then miracle of miracles I got a new room BUT just as small as the other. Cleaning service wasn't the best, sometimes I had soap, sometime I didn't , sometimes I had a towel for the foor , sometimes not. In general what really makes the difference is the attitude of the staff and these guys were not motivated. they didn't really care. No one was willing to go that extra effort to make your stay more pleasant. Having said that the restaurant staff were very good and very friendly. The food, mixed reviews. Sometimes good, sometimes not.
I will not go back if I can help it.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a normal sized one. They know....tell them you don't want a small one. I pai...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. It is unfortunate the room layout prevented you from fully enjoying your time at the hotel. We are confident the necessary adjustments will be made, in order to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

Thank you again for your comments, we look forward to serving you in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, which included my organisation utilising the conference facilities.

Overall it was good value with helpful staff. The large rooms have been refreshed and are clean and modern. The location is away from the centre of Lisbon, but it is a short metro ride into town and a cheap taxi fare to the airport. I had a reasonable view from my room, but overall the local area is not that exciting to look at.

A few key things:
- Large bed, but not the most comfortable bedding
- Wifi was free, but not always fast and you often have to re-join
- Good quality breakfast, and the catering for the conference was well received

There are a couple of great restaurants in the local area, but they are not easy to find so have a bit of a search online first.

As a conference venue it worked fine, but those facilities have not been updated. The hotel has no outside areas and a few of the conference rooms have no natural light.

Room Tip: It is a quiet area, but rooms high up facing the front of the hotel have a much better aspect.
