Rooms are in need of some updating. Bed was fine, but furnishings were outdated. Only stayed here one night and did not use the facilities.

This hotel is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes the service was great other times it was horrible.

The concierge always proved to be good though.

Staff in the executive lounge were not very friendly.

Rooms are small and dated.

Lisbon is a favorite destination and the staff at this hotel reflects the essence of friendliness! Daniel at the concierge desk, called several stores to locate the right size football t-shirt with Ronaldo's name on it, for my son! Thank you guys!

I have stayed here four times over the past few years and I enjoy the hotel for the views and the fact that it has an outdoor pool. The rooms are also modern and well equipped.

The only real downside is the service. The service is OK in that you get what you ask for but just don't expect a smile. I would describe the service as "functional", or "French". If you are a seasoned traveler you'll know what I mean. If you are French, please accept my apologies ;-)

I love the hotel. It has a lovely outdoor pool and the breakfast there is by far the best I have ever seen in an hotel.
The bed is very comfortable and the hotel isn't small.
Its located next to the station too.
The service is okay.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of days before travelling down to the Algarve. The hotel is of high standard with the reception staff being particularly polite, knowledgable and efficient. The hotel has a pool so is the ideal spot to unwind and relax. Just 10 minutes from Lisbon airport so the location is ideal for stays before early morning flights.

Room Tip: High floor rooms are better.

Thought this was just going to be another "business hotel", however was pleasantly surprised. Staff very friendly, large clean air conditioned room with balcony, reasonably priced room service and good noise insulation proved a good night's sleep.
