We have lived in and traveled Europe for years and there are some common flaws among hotels...this hotel did not suffer any of them. The bathroom was large and spacious, the shower was big enough to move around in without flooding or popping open a door. The bedroom was also very big and there were extra blankets and pillows. The A/C worked (although, it sometimes made a little funny noise). Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was good. The staff was nice, the wifi worked great. The location, for getting around Lisbon, was hard to beat, close to the trainstations, or the main drag, good food near by. We did not hear any street noise, even with a singer on the street. The price was very attractive, but the experience was the best. Thank you!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. We arrived in Lisbon on an early morning flight, and were kindly given access to our room as soon as we arrived. Many of the sights of Lisbon are within a very short walk, and the airport is an aerobus ride, or 10 euro taxi ride away. We stayed in a triple room, and appreciated the separate alcove for the family member travelling with us. It's the best location , with the restaurants and theatres on the street surrounding the hotel. Dining just down the street, then sitting in the cafe outside, was the perfect end to a busy sight-seeing day. We have stayed other places in Lisbon, but this is our favourite. We liked it so much we returned for a second stay at the end of our holiday. Although that evening was a busy night with a lot of partiers, and people on the street, we we never bothered by noise.

Central location, excellent value for money, food v good, clean, on advice of previous reviews we were staying 4 nights to avoid street noise we requested a room at the back of hotel, this request was granted and was brilliant, we had a great rest! Stayed here for four nights in February with a group of friends. The hotel is in a very good position for sight seeing. Nice friendly staff, lovely varied breakfast and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The beds were changed every day and all the hotel was kept very clean. Helpful reception staff all went to make a very pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was excellent value for money, good choice of breakfast, in centre of Lisbon close to metro and Rossi train station. Friendly staff and lager was cheaper in the hotel than cafes in the surrounding area.

We stayed here in February 2014 & loved our stay. The price was only 49.50 euros/night & included a wonderful breakfast. We stayed over Valentine's Day & when we got back to the room that night we had rose petals on our bed in the shape of a heart & a bottle of champagne, all courtesy of the hotel. What a nice treat.

The location is perfect, the free WIFI in the room worked great, the room was very clean, & the bathroom with tub/shower was very spacious. ***The only thing I would change is to ask for a room in the back of the hotel next time instead of a room facing the street. It was really loud at night & we had a few nights of poor sleep. Without a doubt, we would stay here again, though.

People that work here are very nice and helpful, the hotel is very well located, except for all the noises in the street (Jamaican club very near and a lot of drunk people fighting) that sometimes won't let you sleep, but in general, despite that, I still recommend it. I'd totally come back to this hotel and of course, also to Lisboa.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms with view to the street.
