“You have to see it”

This monument was for us one of the highlights of Lisbon. Just impressive. You can visit the roof terrace from where you have a nice view of the worldmap just in front of the monument.

Going to Belem, you can miss. Stop at tower of belem (goingo by bus or train) and come back walking. Go to Berardo Colection (museu), Take a picture of this monument, spend a couple of hours at Jeronymous Monstery and finish your journey eat how many you can "pasteis de Belem" at the factory...

“Go to the top to have a nice view”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2012

I enjoyed going to the top of the Monument with beautiful views of the Tagus, Jeronimos and Belem Tower.
It is a small lift and you will have to cue for a while but the views deserves it! (Go on a beautiful day, otherwise no point in getting to the top)
