The stadium itself didn't suffer any changes accordingly to the reviews below. However the rounding area (that belongs to the complex of Jamor) has been turned into an amazing and beautiful place for bycicling, walking, jogging, etc.

It's totally free.

Stadium is very dated looks the same as it does on film of the 1967 european cup final, dont think its used for much now. Its easy enough to get to, the suburban train that passes through bellem stops very close to it, cant remember the name of the stop, its the train to queiras (might have the spelling wrong) the train to cascais passes the station but does not stop so make sure you get on the right 1. Its less than 10 minutes walk from the statiuon you can see the flood lights from the platform, the stadium was locked up but you can see most of it through the gates. I asked how to get there at our hotel reception and found my way no problem with their directions.

The stadium is not a very beautiful place. It's old and not very beautiful, but it's majestic. It's a large sportive park with lots of sites. If you like sports, you should give it an hour for a visit.

It's the national stadium, however it's an old stadium, not very confortable and there are two better stadiums to visit in Lisbon.
