I stayed there for 5 nights. It was a nice hotel close to the metro. So you can go easily to the city center. The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable. Within walking distance is a big supermarket. The problem I had was the cleaner left the universal key in my room. I didn't try it but I guess it would have worked to open other rooms. THAT IS NOT GOOD!!! They should have an eye on this issue!

The hotel was overall OK, given its position, clean and spacious rooms. It has TV and free WiFi Internet, but empty fridge inside the room. The breakfast was average at a nice area underground. Coffee was horrible. Service was good in general, altough reception staff seems to simply do its work and nothing else. The bed was comfortable, but the extra bed we asked for our child was dissapointing. For the price they charge keep on exploring other possibilites, but if there is no other option, dont worrie, the place is still OK.

Arrived a little early (before check in time), but the receptionist managed to give us a room, which was very appealing!
The room was spacious, with minimum amenities expected from a 4* hotel.
The beds and sleeping accessories were not bad...
Cleanliness was at standard level!
There's a serious security issue in the hotel, as we had a breach to our room around mid-night, when we were sleep!! The lady who made the mistake apologized, but the room doors must not be opened with any card!
The breakfast was really poor, esp. coffee, fruit juice and bread were really low-quality.

Room Tip: Make sure you lock the door before sleeping, and don't leave any precious item in the room, when...

Not worth the 4 stars they seem to have. Rooms are OK and comparable to 3 star hotels. Breakfast was terrible with stale croissants! In general I would rate it 3 star quality (no bar fridge , no complimentary coffee/tea/water in the rooms and MOST DANGEROUS: They DO NOT refund if you have to cancel a booking for whatever reason at all.
My suggestion, stay away, there are many better choices in Lisbon!

The evening reception staff was rather rude when the internet did not work properly and when she made an own mistake regarding the validity of the internet.

The internet system is messy and I got them to restart the router after a long discussion!!
Were informed that the owner was a stingy family originated in Asia and the internet system the cheapest available on the market and far from the quality of e.g. Sheraton in the neighborhood.
First room was very small and the AC did not work properly.
Second room acceptable size ad nothing in the small fridge in spite of a refrigerator list.
No coffee maker in the room!!! Should be basic equipment!!!

Room Tip: Test the AC if it works properly, before unpacking your bags.

My husband and I spent a week at this hotel from August 31 to September 7, 2013, while he attended a conference at the nearby technical university. Our flight got us to Lisbon at 8:30 am and we reached the hotel about 9:30. Not surprising that they didn't have a room ready for us, but they did very kindly offer us a temporary, smaller, room that was ready an hour later so that we could get a few hours sleep after being up for 20 hours. A nice touch that I've experienced at only one hotel before.
Our final room was somewhat smaller than expected from the photos on the site, but clean and neat, with good beds and an excellent bath. Climate control was great and we appreciated it, since the high temps for the first four days were in the lower 90s F. Although daytime traffic noise outside was considerable, we heard nothing inside except a very occasional siren, and then only faintly.
One odd thing for a hotel that seems to have been renovated fairly recently was the fact that there were only two empty electrical outlets in the room, one in the bath and one behind the wall-mounted television. Since we both have multiple devices, this meant unplugging a couple of lamps to be able to recharge, and even then having to plan what to charge when rather carefully.
Our only other complaint about the room was the fact that there was only a single chair. There was certainly room for a desk chair if not another more comfortable one, but no such luck. (This has become so common in mid-priced and budget hotels that I hardly count it against hotels anymore, although I do count the existence of a second chair in favor of those establishments that provide them. Two guests should mean two chairs!)

Staff were uniformly polite and helpful, and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants, arranged a tour, and handled outgoing mail, as well as replacing a non-functioning room safe. Nothing but good to say about them.

Internet service was very good, although there was at least one lapse of a couple of hours in the course of the week. Be aware that you'll need a separate user name and password for each device you use, even if you're not using them simultaneously. Staff were very willing to give us as many as we requested, and they're just printed out at the reception desk.

The location was perfect for the conference, which was only four or five blocks away, but also very convenient for sightseeing, as the Saldahna metro station is just a block and a half away and the Lisbon subway service was excellent. There's also a taxi stand near the metro, so taxis are handy without having to have staff call one for you.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate with the glaring exception of a lack of good coffee. Note to management: Replace that miserable automated machine that dispenses everything from coffee to hot milk to hot chocolate through a single spout with a real coffee maker and coffee pots! Otherwise, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, breads, ham, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs and some decent pastries were fine. Still, nothing replaces good coffee at breakfast. The breakfast room itself was very pleasant, in spite of being below ground and so having no natural light, and the service was from 7 to 10, nice for sleeping in a bit.

Al in all, and considering the relatively low price, this was a very good stay.

My husband & I stayed there for a few days. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The metro is nearby, but if you are willing to walk, you can walk to downtown core. Take good walking shoes & ladies beware of the cobble stones with your high heels!

Room Tip: Be careful with the cab drivers - make sure you know how to get to your destinations, or they will l...
