The good:
- nice location, you can cover large part of the city by walking
- Modern nice interior

The bad:
- Apartement should have been 70 m2, but was only about 50m2 (I asked if I got the right one and was told so)
- We were three people - only one bed - we found another bed in the hallway outside the apartement (and had to do all the sheets etc)
- Some traffic noice (but not more than what you should expect in the middle of the city)

This is apartments with absolutely everything you need. From washing machine to cutlery. It is obviously newly redecorated and rebuilt and very clean. I had an apartment with a large bedroom a huge livingroom with TV and ope kitchen and a nice bathroom. It was unusual cold when i was in Lisbon and I think there was some solutions that made it very chilly in the apartment, especially in the bathroom. You cant close the window properly in the shower ( it is on purpose made like that due to ventilation) But this made it cold when showering. Not a nice feeling. Also the codes to the doors were a bit back and forth. You can not press the numbers to fast and not to slow. But hey this is perfect location and the apartment was cleaned every morning. They even did my dishes.

Two of my colleagues and I were in Lisbon for 3 days last month on business and stayed at one of these apartments. They are located in a renovated old building. Ours was clean and comfortable; had gorgeous tile on parts of the wall that we were told were from the original building. They don’t have an actual reception desk, just a call-in reception. The couple of times we contacted them they were prompt to answer and very courteous. There is wi-fi at the apartment, though on occasion the signal can be a little slow.

We were in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. It worked out for us because the 2 of us ladies shared one bathroom and the third in our group – a guy – used the other. The view is of the streets and buildings– not the best, but didn’t bother me either. There was a living area, a small, well equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer which we didn’t use. They have maid service, but it excludes cleaning the kitchen, so you have to clean up after yourselves there, which was fine with us.

The location is definitely a huge plus for this place. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, Comercio Square and to Rua Augusta which offer excellent dining & shopping and the Santa Justa Elevator (wow!). I have to say the apartment was a lot quieter than I expected at night for being in such a central location.

All in all we really liked the apartment and loved Lisbon. I hope to come again for a vacation and will definitely stay at these apartments again.

We stayed at this location for four nights in late October. First of all, the location is amazing! Only a short walk to the waterfront, steps from shopping and restaurants, and fairly quiet at night despite being in a very central location. The apartment itself was new, modern and large, but it all felt, well, cheap. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were not expecting a boutique, posh place, but there were certain basic amenities that were missing like a wine opener and hand soap in the bathroom. We were most disappointed in the lack of wifi. They advertise having it, but we reported it not working almost immediately. They quickly said that they would look into it. But it wasn't until the morning that we checked out that it finally started working! As international travelers, we rely on consistent wifi to get information, make phone calls, etc. If they need to charge for wifi, totally fine, we'd pay for it. But please don't take four days to fix it. We spent a lot of time at Starbucks and restaurants that offered wifi. Also, if you book via a third party site like Expedia, you need to contact them directly for the front door code and your apartment number code. Would we stay here again? No, but the location was perfect.

Separate bedroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for less than $100 USD a day! Great location too... walking distance to Bairro Alto via Santa Justa Lift, restaurants at Restauradores, shopping, supermarket for your kitchen (at Conceicao and dos Correeiros). Hint: get 24 hour pass good for trams, buses, subways, and trolleys for $5 Euros at underground Metro stations. Hint: If you book via Expedia, Skype staff before you fly to get access codes, there is no front desk. Make sure you have your access codes before you get there.

Great location one block from Baixa-Chiado metro station. Very modern, clean, easy to find and easily access le by door ode. We were had 3 adults and got the 4pax apartment -one double bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed was not possible to sleep on! It was false advertising - no way 3 adults could sleep comfortably here, let alone 4. It was only good for 2adults. Luckily we found a rollaway bed in the corridor which the third person could sleep on. Place would be perfect for 2pax, mot 4.

No reception - there is only a phone in the lobby that connects you to a "virtual reception". Was accessible and answered every time we called.

Place is cleaned daily and virtual reception was otherwise friendly. Good sized kitchen and fridge. Great bathroom.

Has washing machine but no dryer.

We stayed here for three nights a few days ago and had a good experience. I think there are just a few things to make this place 'excellent'. On the good side, nice, big apartment with modern and new furniture and appliances. The location is perfect (only if you come by car there is no place to park except the exorbitantly-priced underground parking lots at 34 euros per day). We were able to wash our clothes after one week on the road in Portugal so appreciated that. Just a few negatives: the shower door was broken and there was no toilet seat - we did tell the manager through an email but while were there they were not fixed. Also, as I said it was great to wash clothes but there is no place to dry them. I suggest adding one of those folding clothes-dryers.

So, here are some tips: after dropping off our luggage, we parked our car in Belem and took the tram 15 back thus saving about 100 euros in parking. I parked the car just up the street from the monastery and Belem pastry place, past the botanical gardens on a residential street where parking is free. We had no issues.

There is a Pingo Doce grocery store just up a few blocks behind the Rossio square on 1 December street. It seems to be the closest 'supermarket' nearby. Also, there is a good bread/bakery nearby. I don't remember the name but go out of the apartment, turn right then take the first left. The place is on the right hand side of the street.

I hope you have a nice stay as we did here.
