Good quality hotel. Good attentive staff. Check in was swift our bags taken as we entered the hotel. Room was very nice and the public areas well furnished. The only downside was the price of wine 7 euros for a very small glass. It was quite a tasty wine but the bars in the area around are much cheaper.

Although this is a five star hotel, the rooms do not match the rating. The rooms are nice, but without anything that stands out, or even luxurious.
So it is a nice hotel to be on.

The room service prices are a bit high.

We have just returned from a three night stay and it has been said before, that it is more like a four star Hotel with four star prices to match. We booked the Hotel based on the price and previous reviews on Tripadvisor. There is a vast choice in the breakfast buffet. But, it is served in a room below ground level, which is too small. One morning we were sat outside the room, close to the lift, which was busy. I had emailed the Hotel to request a balcony as many rooms did not have one. Our room 304 had a balcony, which was overlooked by very close buildings and a crane, which was operational from 8am. We found the hotel just a bit too far from the City centre.

This five star hotel prices like a four. Very well located without the heavy traffic or noise of
downtown Lisboa. Standard doubles are of a nice size, stay away from the luxury rooms, too small. Very helpful staff and good service. Beautiful bar lounge and very comfortable.

We were here for 3 nights & found the location great. We had a car & were able to park on the street with a little juggling. We didn't need the car for most sites due to good public transportation.
The staff was very friendly & helpful.
The breakfasts were some of the best we have had in all our travels (we travel a bit).
The rooms were clean & comfortable. We were on the floor above the lobby & had good wifi!

Room Tip: As I mentioned - good wifi in our room which was above the lobby on front of hotel & still very...

A well appointed hotel in a quiet but accessible part of Lisbon. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant and a useful source of information. Rooms of a good standard but lacked WiFi and coffee making facilities - take your own cable to connect. Beds are on the hard side but comfortable for me! Haven't seen a TV like this in a hotel for several years but who wants to visit Lisbon and watch TV.

Breakfast variety was excellent but got a bit crowded with a full hotel. Bar/ lounge comfortable for a drink but a little pricey compared with most of Lisbon.

Overall, a hotel that I would have no reservations about revisiting.

I stayed here for a week during a conference held at the hotel. The room was not fancy but I really only sleep in it, so I do not need a brand new tv etc. Like many European hotels I have stayed in, there's no wifi above the lobby level but the front desk gave me an ethernet cable without any issue.

The bed was a bit hard but I slept well. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wide selection of hot and cold, fruit, meats cheeses, etc.

The highlight was the hotel bar. There was a young man who was our server most nights, and he was the perfect host. One of our party couldn't decide on a drink and he had the bartender create something fancy from scratch. The service and friendly atmosphere of this location was great and the food (my pictures posted for this review) was excellent but pricey.

Finally, I watched one front desk clerk calmly listen to a guest who complained about being ignored for service (the clerk was busy checking me in at the time), and then the guest essentially blamed the clerk for the fact it was raining outside. The clerk smiled, handed the lady a complementary umbrella and returned to checking me in, all with a smile. That's excellent service.
