My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week for our birthdays.
It is a beautiful hotel. Exceptionally clean, all of the staff was wonderful, everyone willing to help.
They have a restaurant and an outdoor patio with a bar menu(sandwiches,et). They were nice enough to give us two free glasses of Champagne and a dessert to split for my wife's birthday dinner. The breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, but it can get a little crowded, though we never had a problem getting a table for 2.
There is a supermarket to the right of the hotel, down the street, which came in very handy.
You are about a 10 minuet walk to where the Hop on/off buses start out from.
The beds are on the firm side.
We had a Palace room, which we of course paid extra for. It looked NOTHING like the photo on the web site. When we complained about this we were told that the room's vary. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. If we had know about that, we would not have spent an extra $300 for the room.
That being said, the hotel was very nice, the staff wonderful. They also have a spa where my wife received a massage.
In case you are not aware, Lisbon is very hilly, so be prepared!
It was out first time here, and we were very happy we brought good walking shoes. I would recommend staying here.
