I stayed at the Sana Park Lisboa for three nights in June while attending a conference in Lisbon. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the subway and from several major bus lines. There is a grocery store located about a 10 minutes walk away.
The only letdown was breakfast. Although the food was good and plentiful, the staff was slow to clear tables when it was busy, meaning that there were very few empty seats unless you wanted to clean a table yourself. The breakfast crowd is due to the guests not only in the Sana Park but also in the Sana property behind the Park which appears to share the breakfast facilities.
Overall, a very nice place to stay in Lisbon.More
