There is no need to add pictures from the hotel because what I saw was exactly like at the regency’s pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was a premium and it was clean, comfortable and with some “pampering”, like a bathtub with hydro (mine hydro was out of order) and good sound system with Bluetooth connection to listen personal selection from the cellphone or computer, while enjoying the wonderful view of Tejo and the city. There was a robe, shoes and even an umbrella at the closet. The shower had a nice pressure and keeps the chosen temperature without uncomfortable variations. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a visit for the ambient and the food, but the room service is quiet attractive. I haven’t try the spa service despite be included at value, but in a visit all looked well manage.
Location: if it is your first time at Lisbon, maybe you would prefer stay closer to downtown. A step from the mall and the subway station, the hotel area is the modern one, with many attractions as the “Oceanário”, the interactive science museum “Pavilhão do Conhecimento”, the “Teleférico”, many pubs and restaurants, and, of course, all beside the Tejo, in elegant and relaxed atmosphere

Room Tip: I always ask a room away from elevator and in a high floor.

If you're looking for the most modern and trendy experience in Lisbon this hotel is the right place to go for a good night sleep.
It´s the highest building in Lisbon and right in front of Tagus river facing the mighty Vasco da Gama bridge. Very nice spot indeed.
The rooms are very comfortable with all the tech and design one could wish for. Great bathroom too.
As far as breakfast is concerned everything is quite right but not exceptional. This is a worrying trend in 5 star hotels everywhere. Trying to cut costs they offer sub standard ingredients.
After such a nice sleep I want the best in my table even if I need to pay more for it. Just give it to me.
All in all it was a very nice stay helped by the very professional staff.

Excellent location if you need to be on the river, in the expo and in the middle of the new Lisbon scene. Not typically Lisbon if you like tradition in terms of location and style, but I love this hotel. Amazing views, loads of gadgets in the room, very modern / contemporary and really nice staff. Expensive in Lisbon terms for accommodation and drinks but my favourite in this beautiful city.

My wife and I stayed for one night with our toddler and baby in a Premium room which has stunning dual aspect views over the riverside.

Excellent, glamourous facilities, notably free use of Spa and pool in top floor. Although children are only normally allowed in the spa 9-10 and 12-13 staff made an exception for us and were most understanding.

Highly attentive staff, if a little disorganised at time (failure to supply requested cot and confusion to phone queries regarding children stay).

Relaxing room with open plan bath and "rain" shower. Loved stay.

Tip, plenty of local restaurants in vicinity great quality at much lower prices.

A terrific hotel, modern, efficient and furnished to a very high standard. Its a bit out from the centre of town (its where Expo 98 was held) but is a short taxi ride from the Airport.

Sitting out on the deck for breakfast, lunch or dinner when the weather is suitable is a must, but if you want a less formal dining the bar menu will fit the bill.

There is an an excellent Spa with all manner if treatments and a small but beautifully appointed Swimming pool on the 23rd / top floor.

Only one negative (and it is a point of view), there is an all pervading music riff that is quite loud and if you are not in the mood for it can be quite annoying.

Room Tip: I prefer the north side as there is a night club close by on the south side and even on high floor t...

I am a regular visitor to this hotel along with our colleagues from office. The business suites are well maintained and the room service is excellent. There was a water body that was covering the entire hotel. It is great to meditate in the terrace and to take a look at the water in the mornings. The view from the top of the hotel is breathtaking. One can view the Vasco Da Gama Bridge by sitting on the terrace of this hotel. To add on there is a waterfall shower and spa in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to other corporate as well. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel.
