Location, the hotel is right in the middle of the city center. In between the two harbor facing hills and the beginning of the shopping venues. Ideal starting point for a night out in bajo alto (hope spelling is correct), shopping and any other activity in town. A lot of things are within walking distance. The airport is within approx 20 minutes reach and costs about 15€ by taxi.

The hotel it self has a nicely furnished restaurant and bar, due to a lack of time, I did not experience. On the top floor is a spa, including a massage offering. Free wifi in the house. In the basement is a gym room.. Two cardio devices, free weights and training matts; ideally for experienced exercises. Keep in mind cable cars / trams are serving the old part of the city, so around the hotels, which may create some noises. For the silent seekers, they may want to look for a place in a more rural area than directly in the hot spot city center.

My room, was to the side street with prop daylight. Rooms are of small size, which is normal for most places in the older town areas of Lisbon. The interior of the room just got me. All details were fitting, from indirect to direct lighting, I was able to have the light and atmosphere I strived for. High quality materials, with carpet and wooden floor. Even the detergent used for the towels had a light decent and nice smell, to high quality bath and shower gel.
The rooms are among of the nicest I stayed in for a while!

The prices ranged from 90-135€ per night while is stayed there. Not cheap, but worthwhile the value provided back. Very caring staff, amazing attention to the needs of the guests and being responsive.

Definitely on my recommendation and visiting again list.

Lovely hotel, fitted out with a certain quirkiness. Excellent front desk. Lovely room (twin) overlooking the castle at the back. Right in the middle of a main square with easy access to transport etc and a few minutes walk to many lovely restaurants and shops. So great location, great room with excellent air con, lovely bar area overlooking the Square. You even get free soda and milk in the fridge on the first night which is replenished if you wish at a cost which we thought was a nice touch when you arrive late at night.

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the castle at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet even with the windows op...

The best part of this hotel is its location: who would not want to have the terminal of the iconic Lisbon trams on one's doorstep? Once inside the friendly service is wrapped in figleaves - because figs are the omni- present theme of this hotel. To the point where you wonder why the hotel does not offer fig-leaves to wear in the room instead of bathrobes. The whole makes for a rather dark and cavelike interior. All the better therefore when one steps out an sees the bright-yellow tram. Hate figs? Then abstain.

We are staying at the hotel for three days. The hotel is in the center of Figueira Square. Very modern hotel, comfortable rooms with all the comforts possible. The service at reception was very good!
Strongly recommends that hotel because of the location because of the high level of the hotel and the best maintenance and because of the service.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very central. 1st class Internet. King size bed, good pillows. Many English Channels on the flat screen TV. Electric blinds and curtains. Good bar and restaurant. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. The Spa was off the top shelf and I made use of it every day. I would stay there again no worries.

It's recommended hotel in city center of Lisbon. Trust me!
1) location is great in very city center ( in Praca de Fiquera ). Please to ask for Fiquera view for your room when you stay in The beautique hotel! It's a good view. You can see all activity in Fiquera Squere. The hotel is easy to find restaurant, cafe, supermarket, souvenir shop, shopping center. And also near with Elevador St Justa, Praca de Comersio, Baxia Chiado, Rossio station, Av de Liberdade. If you want to go to Centro de Congressos or Belem area ( Torre de Belem and Padrao dos Descobrimentos ) you just use tram number 15 which you can get the tram in front of hotel. The Metro Fiquera is just in front of the hotel too. If you want use hop on hop off Bus (Yellow bus), it's only walk to get the bus stop in front of the hotel.
2) Staff in receptionist is friendly and helpfull. And very welcome. They will answer everything your needed or asking.
3) Price is not expensive. Hopefully they don't increase the price. This hotel opened two months ago, hopefully the price still same even have a lot guess.
It will be perfect if the hotel have more space for lobby, but for me it's a great hotel. I will Recomended this hotel, and of course will be back to use this hotel again.

I loved the stay in this beautiful Hotel, enjoyed the excellent and friendly assistance at the reception. The restaurant was always very busy and without reservation is most difficult to get a seat. This is no problem as there are plenty of good and interesting restaurants all over town.
