I felt I knew as much about the club on exiting as I did when I went in.The videos did not help much.Clearly Benfica were a top club in Europe but no more.On the ground floor cables snake across the floor with little or no guarding.Very easy to trip up.

Your opinion is very important to us. Thank you for your review, which will certainly help us improve.
Have you interacted with our informative screens where you get further info about all the trophies in the exhibition? There are also plenty of mediators specialized in Benfica's history who can give you several interesting insights about our Club's history. We are sorry you did not have the opportunity to properly interact with them and hear great stories about the Club they could have told you.
Besides, we feel sorry for the cables on the floor. Benfica's TV was certainly filming when you visited us - that is the only reason there were cables around and, fortunately, that is not the normal situation in our Museum.

Thank you for your great feedback! There are, in fact, many things to see. Also, many thing besides the history of Benfica, aren't we right? We really appreciate your excellent review and hope we can keep satisfying our visitors.

You can see with your own eyes the real dimension of this club. The biggest in Portugal and one of the major europenas clubs.
Wherever Benfica plays there will allways be a large number of supporters and int this museum you will be abble to understand why.
Eusébio and the 2 European Champions Cup won in the 60's are the main attraction

Thank you for your great review. In fact, Eusébio and the two European Champion's Cups are the most famous attractions of Benfica's football history. Fortunately, there are also plenty of other interesting attractions for those who prefer other sports and also for the ones who are more into other topics besides sports, such as our area dedicated to the world's history. We are glad you enjoyed your visit to our Museum and hope to see you again. Your feedback is very important to us.

We did the stadium tour and the museum and it was excellent value for money. The stadium tour was really interesting and our guide was very informative. The museum was excellent. Very well laid out and put the history of the club into context with what else was going on in the world. Laid out over 3 floors we could have spent hours there. The 2 films - about the fans and about the history of the stadium - were both excellent and so well put together. I'm not really a football fan, but even I loved it. Well worth a visit.

This is a dream come true for fans that are passionate about the club, not just football. There’s so much too see, so much history. The facility itself is top of the line and being in there just makes you more proud of being part of such a massive club. Take time to watch some of the short films they have in the screening rooms and take a peak and see if Victoria is available in her glasshouse (she’s usually busy so you’d be lucky). There’s a lot of interesting bits about what happened in the world in the past leading to the world we have today. It’s amazing!

Thank you very much for your excellent review of Museu Benfica - Cosme Damião. We feel proud! Your words will certainly motivate us to continue our work and to be better every day. We also believe our short films cannot be missed and we update them sometimes, as well as other areas of the museum. We guess you will have to come back one day to check what is new, don't you think?
See you soon!
