I cannot emphasize enough how hard the beds at this hotel are. I have slept in dozens (or maybe even hundreds) of hotels around the world and this is by far the firmest "mattress" I have ever encountered. It has only slightly more give than the floor. I deducted a full star on this rating due to the fact that the sleep quality was poor.
Other than the beds, the hotel is clean and service was good. It would have been nice to have a coffee and tea maker in room. Noise from being on the flight path for Lisbon Airport is minimal as they have well soundproofed rooms.
Breakfast is adequate but there is not a lot of variety from day to day. If it is not included in your room rate, it will cost you 10euro per person.
Although this hotel is far from the city centre, it is easily accessible via the metro which is safe, cheap, and easy to use.

Location is close to the Metro and Hop-On Hop-Off Bus so easy access to town but their beds are so uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock. Breakfast was good and the service was outstanding. Nice amenities but I'd stay at the TRYP Hotel if I am ever in Lisbon again which was OUTSTANDING!!!

Rooms, beds, breakfast, service, the rates - all was OK, good value for money. Few minor issues we noticed - the noise of landing planes intrudes; the parking was not easy to find though situated on the back side, one local guy tried to cheat us that no such parking exists and we lost one hour making turn after turn... And the girl on the reception sent us to Luso Cafe, a great disaster...

Stay 5 nights in may 2014.Hotel is good maintain, big rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was good but same almost all days. Location is out of centre in business-residence district but metro station is very close and 10 minutes ride to city centre. There is also hop off hop on buss passing close.
Around hotel there is not restaurants but there is big corte ingless shooping mall.
Lisbon zoo is only 10 minutes walk from hotel.
We found this hotel very good and good value for our tourist visit to lisbon.

It is a very nice hotel with good service and particularly good breakfast. The rooms are quite nicely decorated and clean. The facilities are well maintained, if you try in early morning you can actually find an empty jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The subway station is quite close and it only takes 15 mins to reach the centre. Overall, it is a very good hotel to stay.
