We enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. People working there were always helpful and nice. The rooms were clean. Also it is quite close to the center and there was a bus just in front of the hotel. Great quality for money spent. Thank you.

This hotel was booked as part of an Easyjet Holiday package for our family group (10 people). i Wasn't sure what to expect, but was delighted. The rooms we were in were light and airy, and faced out onto the street. The streets weren't overly noisy, and the windows had good block out blinds so there were no issues regarding light and noise. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. There was plenty to choose from, and they also had a pod espresso machine a variety of coffees and hot chocolate you could choose from. The staff at reception were also very helpful with various bit of information, and pointing us in the right direction for things. This was a very enjoyable stay, and i would recommend to anyone.

We've just arrived home from staying three night at this hotel with family. It is a budget hotel, and we didn't pay much for the room, but we were surprised at the great service provided by the staff.

Breakfast was included in our booking and this was plentiful. There was a buffet of breads/pastries/spreads/yoghurt/cereals/tea/coffee. Wifi was available on the ground floor and each room had a TV in it. The bathrooms each had a bath and the beds were quite comfy.

There is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel though taxis are fairly easy to find and really cheap. To get to some night life was about a 7 minute drive and 5 euros in a taxi.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you want good value for money in a nice, quiet area.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the man on reception was more than helpful. He pointed us in the right direction to all Lisbons attractions and went out he way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was really nice with as much fresh coffee as you would like. The room was very clean and tidy and the area the hotel was in was very quiet at night which meant we got a good nights sleep. We would book again.

The staff were really helpful at this small friendly hotel. We were in a renovated room that was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely. Another member of our party had a bigger room with a lovely view which was just waiting for the bathroom to be done but was perfectly nice. The hotel is just 5 mins in a taxi to the town centre and just 10 mins drive from the airport so all in all a fine location. There is also a lovely restaurant just 2 mins round the corner that's well worth a visit called Restaurante o Abade. Lisbon is a lovely city and this is a good, budget hotel.

Room Tip: The ones at the front have good views of the city but the ones in the back have no view at all.

No matter what is done dust could not be removed as the carpet was too old in the room. Actually, this example might be embraced to all furnitures. Staff was not rude but lifeless (no energy to talk, to help...) But still, it may worth to stay in this hotel depending on the amount you pay. Location is truely good. If you take the bus (760) from Rossio (city center) you would reach directly to the entrance of the hotel in 15 minutes.Likewise subway station (the nearest one is "Anjos") is about 6-7 minutes on foot. In general I would recommend this hotel but with some reservations.
