Stayed for one week three adults in a family room, bit small but comfortable (one only needs to sleep in it).Breakfast consisted of cereals and rolls and cheese, ham, and preserves, tea coffee fruit juices. Also had tv which you could use in the evening, they do show English speaking programmes.
Excellent for getting to the city take the 760 outside of hotel cannot get lost on way back at night as this is the end of the route, cost is 1.80 but woks out cheaper with the top up card is like the oyster card just re top with cash at ticket offices (this card is given to you on the first trip by the driver so get it topped up once you get to the city, you can use it on all the public transport)
Also another good way of saving money is to get the three day Lisboa card

Has been here 2 times.
Nice and clean low budget hotel. The staff is nice.
The hotel is near the center of lisbon. The only problem is all hills in lisbon :) and that have absolutly nothing to do with the hotel

Our arrival at nine in the morning was welcomed with an invitation to have breakfast. We could place our Luggage in depot untill the room was ready. This was within the our after arrival! We call that a warm welcome, and that is not only because of the weather.
The room has an airconditioning and French windows. Nice to sit and drink after a day's walk through Lisbon.
The breakfastroom was al little bit small, so once we had to wait five minutes to get a table.
Free wifi was available in de lobby. Prior to our return to the airport, we could freely use their printer to print the boarding passes. In the evening we could get free tea and coffee.
Location is near busstop where every twenty minutes a bus leaves for the city centre (ten minutes ride). Metro is within 15 minutes walk.
Personel is friendly and we hope to return in the future.

When I travel, I don't need luxury. A bed and a cup of coffee in the morning and I'm happy.

If you want a swimming pool, a luxury breakfast or king size beds, look elsewhere.

If you want a place to sleep and take a shower while you are out all day exploring Lisbon, look no further.

With bus 760 stopping right in front of the hotel and bus 712 a 2 minute walk away, you're anywhere in Lisbon in no time.

And while you're there, try the local restaurants. Dine with the locals and not with the other tourists. It's way more fun

I had booked this hotel previously for my son,but had to be cancelled , I had a problems before with Travel Agency that collect the money 2 and half months in advance , after so many calls and the Agency refusing to gave the money back I wrote to the Hotel Director, what excelent service he gave me, he call the Agency to cancell all and refund the money. I was never at the hotel, but the location and price was real good my son can not take his vacation at this time The Director called the agency to cancell the booking and return the money, I already had a news from the Agency , they will refund the money in two to four working days ..

Thank you Sir for your kindness towards me , is real a gold action towards customer service.

Room Tip: Customer service was excellent from top management .. Unfortunately the reservation had to be cann...

This hotel is small, and rooms are tiny, halls are tight and sometimes you feel you can not fit into a room with your roommate and all the stuff you have.
Furniture is not new and designer.
Food is not "everything YOU want".

BUT
Housemaids keep rooms daily clean - they clean basin, mirror and floor every day, change towels every day. Few times they gave us clean towels before they needed because we came back to hotel earlier. Sheets are clean and smell nice, bed was made every day.
Breakfast lasts 3 hours and has normal hotel food - butter and jams, cheese and ham, bread (you can toast it if you want) and 3-4 types of pastries. There are also cereals (3 kinds) you can eat with warm/cold milk or normal/fruit yoghurt.
There is filter coffee and espresso, a lot of tea and 2 types of juice.
Receptionists are nice really helpful, they even ordered us a pizza.
The problem is only wifi that cannot be reached in rooms (we were at 3rd floor). We had to go to reception to use internet like most of the people there.
There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel for the bus which can get you to Cais de Sodre railway station or to the Ajuda Palace.
And the best thing is that you are so close to the city centre - 10-15 minutes walk do Restauradores and 7 minutes walk to Picoas metro station.

All in all 4+ because of the wifi which you need every day for searching were something is, bus number etc.. :)

Room Tip: Every room is 'on road' side so you won't avoid buses, cars and garbage truck every morn...

It is a two stars hotel, but the personnel gave it's maximum to make it worth every cent you payed. Rooms are small and modest but very clean, especially bathrooms, clean towels every day, clean and made beds every day. Breakfast is modest but sufficient. And recepcionists gave an answer to every question we had. The best thing is that this hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and bus station to the city centre is just in front of the hotel. Metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. So, when you put it all together you get a good value for your money.
