Hotel is situated close to the airport within the former EXPO area which has become a nice urban area. Bars, restaurants and a shopping mall are close by. The four stars are overrated - rooms are old, furniture scratched and pretty much used but everything was at least clean. Breakfast was included and okay although the "restaurant" was one of the meeting rooms including chairs and tables. If you do not plan to spend much time in the hotel it could also be considered for a city trip. For business at the airport it is good value for money.

In the modern district of Lisbon, you wouldn't expect to stay long in this area for tourism, but it's not far from the airport and taxis can easily bring you to the center of town.
It's an interesting modern architecture, and the hotel provides what you would expect.

I stayed here just one night, arriving late from the airport and leaving the morning after. The hotel is far from the city center, but pretty close to the airport and very close to the Oriente train station. The hotel is in a business area, not so characteristic but quiet and safe. The room was clean and pretty comfortable, the staff kind, the breakfast good and with a wide offer.

Best thing about this hotel is its location - just 500 m from Oriente station and Vasco da Gama shopping centre.
Standard rooms are however too small - not enough space to place a second chair to sit in (there is just another chair by the desk). I think the business traveller - to which the hotel apparently tries to cater - prefers a comfortable place to sit with a laptop rather than a small desk in a tiny room.
No free wifi availabale and limited electrical entrances - not easy to find a place to charge mobile and laptop.
Not a single carpet inside the room which I also don't like to see.
Great view from our room were the window clean... which it was not.
Breakfast is limited in variety and with not much quality.
Overall the hotel simply didn't feel like a 4-star; the pictures make it look better than it actually
is as it feels worn and just lacks comfort and personality.

Its a clean standard hotel that I would recommend to whom wants to visit Lisbon or just want to be close to the airport. The breakfast is poor, but for the rest it's a good option.

I am along on a business trip with my husband, the beds are horrible. it is like sleeping on a box spring and they forgot the mattresses. the staff is rude and not helpful. There are no brochures to help you with sight seeing, only bus maps. STAFF is not helpful, they expect you to know everything. They only have one HP 7500 computer with free internet in a small room where they keep their eye on you the entire time, open office to the public lobby. In this day and age and the somewhat attempt to be modern at this waterside hotel, they missed the boat. Then they tell you breakfast is included with the Corporate rate, then you get to breakfast and they bill you. Totally embarassing you in front of everyone when trying to explain, "but you told me breakfast was included". Lots of lack of communication. First they tell you one thing and next thing you know you are charged. Toilet paper is like writing paper. I would strongly urge the corporate office which is across the street, to never place their clients, colleagues or international employees here. What a rude awakening to an otherwise beautiful city.

Room Tip: tell them you want the 13th floor facing the water, other wise you will be on the noisy side. I lear...

This will be short, as I stayed here in November 2011, and the hotel experience has largely been forgotten. Perhaps thats reflective of the hotel - easily forgettable. Don't get me wrong, its perfectly comfortable and terrific value, but thats about it.
