This hotel is a joke! Public areas of this hotel are kept falsely attractive and looks nice from outside and in the lobby, however when you get your room key - that's the time you will get your shock !! features of your 4 star bedroom are (1) Spring bed without mattress (2) iPad sized pillows (3) Dirty and filthy cupboards (in fact I found a dry eaten rotten sausage in the cupboard!!) (4) Miniature soap for one time only hand washing! (5) Super dry your skin shower gels (6) Rude and disrespectful staff (7) Restaurant for breakfast looks like a hospital canteen (8) Restaurant staffs have careless attitude they stand there doing jack! (9) Internet is 24 euros per day and you have connect a little cable to the wall socket and get your backside on the desk chair (10) Internet don't even work (11) TV system is 15 years old CRT TV system!

I checked-out immediately the next morning - although I was booked for 5 nights!

** AVOID ** This non-VIP and non-Executive hotel at all costs! Else risk of asthma, disease, and feeling of morning grumpiness based on worse bed of the world is yours!

Room Tip: Tivoli Oriente is the best option and value for money in this area: http://www.tivolihotels.com/Default.aspx?ID=459

Hotel is situated close to the airport within the former EXPO area which has become a nice urban area. Bars, restaurants and a shopping mall are close by. The four stars are overrated - rooms are old, furniture scratched and pretty much used but everything was at least clean. Breakfast was included and okay although the "restaurant" was one of the meeting rooms including chairs and tables. If you do not plan to spend much time in the hotel it could also be considered for a city trip. For business at the airport it is good value for money.

In the modern district of Lisbon, you wouldn't expect to stay long in this area for tourism, but it's not far from the airport and taxis can easily bring you to the center of town.
It's an interesting modern architecture, and the hotel provides what you would expect.

I stayed here just one night, arriving late from the airport and leaving the morning after. The hotel is far from the city center, but pretty close to the airport and very close to the Oriente train station. The hotel is in a business area, not so characteristic but quiet and safe. The room was clean and pretty comfortable, the staff kind, the breakfast good and with a wide offer.

Best thing about this hotel is its location - just 500 m from Oriente station and Vasco da Gama shopping centre.
Standard rooms are however too small - not enough space to place a second chair to sit in (there is just another chair by the desk). I think the business traveller - to which the hotel apparently tries to cater - prefers a comfortable place to sit with a laptop rather than a small desk in a tiny room.
No free wifi availabale and limited electrical entrances - not easy to find a place to charge mobile and laptop.
Not a single carpet inside the room which I also don't like to see.
Great view from our room were the window clean... which it was not.
Breakfast is limited in variety and with not much quality.
Overall the hotel simply didn't feel like a 4-star; the pictures make it look better than it actually
is as it feels worn and just lacks comfort and personality.
