We loved our stay. Upon arrival the recepion staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was fab. It was lovely and clean, very quiet, the shower was powerful and the bed was huge and comfortable. I also really liked the shutters which kept the room nice and dark in the morning. Breakfast was from 7:30-12:00 which was great and there was a great selection. There was also free water, tea, coffee, biscuits, wine and port available in the lounger area 24hrs a day. The location was brilliant. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The underground and train station is a few minutes walk away. It is also walking distance to the St George castle and the Alfama area. Overall, Lisbon was brilliant. It had a relaxed and friendly vibe. We felt safe the whole time and would visit again.

Stayed for a long weekend here. Absolutely fantastic. Hotel was immaculate, the service was outstanding & the location was right in the centre. IMPORTANTLY! Breakfast was served until 12 mid day.

Wal out the hotel, turn left & start enjoying the amazing city of Lisbon.

Nothing was too much trouble for the reception, advising & booking restaurants, trips, taxis etc.

No tea making facilities however tea, coffee , port, white port & muscadet , all available for free in the lounge.

We will definitely return!

Booked two rooms for one night to accommodate layover on TAP on last night of two week vacation. What a pleasant surprise! Excellent location and beautiful accommodations. Bountiful breakfast buffet and smartly updated rooms in historic building. Had not been to Lisbon before, but plan to be back. Very short and inexpensive cab ride from airport. Comfy bed and linens.

This hotel was centrally located, clean, good breakfast included. The highlight of this hotel is the service. Friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk (embarrassed that I forgot her name) was ever so helpful and nice!

We are so glad we chose stay here for a short trip to Lisbon. Less than 9 Euros by taxi / Uber to and from the Airport. The hotel is perfect to explore Lisbon. You are walking distance to the tram, bus or metro stations or you can just walk to most places to Lisbon.
The rooms are not modern but have been done up quite nicely. The bathroom in our room was showing its age, however everything was clean and it all worked fine.
The breakfast could potentially be improved since it got a little bit same after 3 days but it was perfectly adequate.
The complimentary tea, coffee, water, port and snacks in the lounge is a fantastic idea and works well after a busy day of work or sightseeing.
The staff were all really good and the front desk spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful.
Thoroughly recommend this place!!!

Room tip: Higher floor facing away from the front of the hotel
