We stayed here for two nights in September 2013.

From the beginning we were impressed by the staff at the reception. They were very helpful and they explained us how to reach the parking (underground, at the same location but with the entrance from another street).

The room was impressive, very clean and big. The bathroom was even more impressive, with a bidet and white towels everywhere.

We opted to have breakfast at the hotel for 4 EUR/person. We said that for 4 (FOUR) EUR you can't do anything wrong. Well... the breakfast room was impressive (I know... I use the word too may times...) A huge buffet with lot's of choices, an automated coffee maker where you can brew your coffee as you like, lots of types of bread, jam, etc. etc. etc. We were surprised to see that the personnel that tends the tables speak English as well.

They offer free WiFi and the speed is very good, no problems at all!

A Metro station is nearby - just three minutes walking distance - the Blue line goes directly t othe center of the city.

One evening we decided to have dinner at the hotel and we were again impressed. The cod fish with chestnuts and onions was very good - you should try it as well!

We paid 86 EUR/night plus breakfast (parking included). As a price/quality ratio, this hotel is on top of my list and I would not hesitate to book a room here again or to recommend it to others.

Room noisy as over huge road and the double glazing is not very good (strange if its over big road) they had a buffet dinner offer at 15 euro, we looked but was not really inviting and for sure not worth it considering Portuguese prices. Haven't tried their snack food.
Otherwise room very big and nicely decorated, bathroom big but the bin is supposed to be right in front of where you get out of bath where the glass covers half the bath so water goes on floor and bin if you have a shower and they put the toilet roll right behind the toilet so very hard to reach!
Reception staff very nice and professional, but check out very slow. They kept our bags the next day until we were ready to leave Lisbon.
Breakfast was very good, some very nice cakes. Nice lounge area but dont leave stuff there and wander off like another guest did as someone entered and almost stole his laptop, the staff didnt even try to detain him to call the police.
The metro stops right outside the hotel, the stop is Parque.
I would go back but get a quieter room.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesnt look out on the road.

This hotel is very close to the Marque Pombal monument, traffic island and park. We had comfortable room facing the rear, good large bathroom and facilities, quiet and clean. Modern hotel and excellent buffet breakfast.
The staff we met were helpful and polite and most spoke some English.
Easy to get a taxi (front desk will order one for you) and cheap fares into the old town or Belem tower & marine area (typically €7) Though it is possible to walk into the old town Bairro Alto district in about 30 minutes. Buses do pass the hotel, but taxi is probably cheaper and quicker!
Would certainly consider staying here again if visiting lovely Lisbon.

Room Tip: Choose a non smoking room at rear of hotel.

Room small but very comfortable, great design and pristine clean - large modern bathroom. Super breakfast selection, hot full english, cold meats and cheeses continental, breads, cakes etc plus great fresh fruit. Located across from underground but can also walk to most sights. Good Italian type restaurant round the corner that gets busy with locals. Well worth the money.

The hotel was quite comfortable and the room was spacious. A problem was noise in our room, we could hear a lot from other rooms. Staff was kind but some of them had worse English than me and they were not so helpful. During our visit there was a strike and metro was closed. No one gave us information about it. Receptionists were unprofessional, on the other hand the staff in bar was very good. But it is affordable. All in all, I would recommend it.

Room Tip: It´s much better to have a room in higher floor.

Arrived at the hotel was checked in for my week stay. I was then directed to have breakfast downstairs. Wow, great fruit and completed breakfast spread. Having completed my meal I returned to the front desk about walking around and they hand me a map.. After several hours I retuned and off to my room. Very nice, quiet and perfect.. That was it.. The staff was excellent . The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was a perfect hotel.
