I've just arrived from Lisboa and ITH, nice hotel with helpful stuff, solid breakfast (eggs, bacon, ham...and very good croissant), near the metro station Campo Pequeno (just around the corner) so you can easily transport to city center. Have to say that i didn't use so much metro and walked every day to Alfama- Bairro Alto (25 minutes) but after two days, it was a problem...good shape is preferable! I had room on 3 floor near the elevator and didn't notice any noise regarding some complaints about the location of the room.
Room was cleaned every day and it was spotless, free wi-fi with excellent signal and not to forget speakers in the bathroom...pleasant surprise.
Only (minor) issue i had during my stay was room card, i couldn't open the room for couple times and as i saw it, i wasn't the only one with the same problem...Spanish couple from same floor had similar experience.
All in all.....solid location and good hotel but next time i would choose place/hotel closer to city center - on the other hand, i had early flight (6.40 am) and it took almost 10 minutes to get the airport with taxi ( 8 euros) which is perhaps good compensation for mentioned distance?

This was a 4 Star Hotel. From our 1st encounter at reception desk the Duty Manager allowed us to book in at 12.00 hrs.He then asked us if we had a map, gave us two and pointed out the sites in order of importance and suggested that we go to Sintra on the 4th day .He recommended we try the custard tarts which Sintra was famous for.Forget the diet if you go to Sintra.
The staff in the hotel were very friendly from the barman to the dining room staff to the cleaners.
The bedroom was air conditioned as was the rest of the hotel. The bed linen and towels were changed every day.I appreciated the free use of a computer in the lobby.
The breakfast was good with a wide choice, the only fault was the orange juice was poor.
Well worth the money

We found hotel very comfy and worth the money, the breakfast was very good, they have a wide choice of different continental based food. Rooms were kept nice and tidy daily, they were very comfortable and had a good isolation for sound from the busy street. Only real minus is that they have wifi only up to the 6th floor, and we were on 8th so the signal was very low, but we personally didn't mind this much as we came to escape from our computer based work :) Hotel is real four star hotel, and we would come back again. Our score: 4.5 out of 5

Stayed here a week ago, booked at the last minute. For the price I wasn't expecting too much, however have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly

Hotel room was very spacious with comfy beds and decent bathroom.

Only down side if one was the breakfast, only a slight selection of foods and not very tasty especially the cooked food.

However if you are looking for a cheap place to stay of decent value, this is a good place!

Located in Campo Pequeno, a very quiet neighborhood, the hotel has a great breakfast. At the reception you will find very caring people, always willing to provide all the information you need.
Really, really good.

I expect very little from the hotel. Good shower and hot water, wi fi, and nice breakfast. The water was hot only during certain יםורד, or late at night or early in the morning, the rest of the time the water was lukewarm to cold. The WI FI just did not work throughout our stay. Breakfast is very disappointing, terrible coffee, and a lot of things just not fresh ... Although alerted the hotel of the above problems nothing was treated during the three days we were at the hotel. Simply a shame
