We stumbled onto this restaurant (and hotel) because we wanted to eat something before visiting the nearby Quinta de Reguleira which requires a lot of climbing. The restaurant is on the N 375 just before the start of the N246-3 but unless you have a good local map or a GPS you can ask a policeman or the tourist info in Sintra for directions.
We were a couple and had lunch with drinks for under 25 euros total, which is good value in a very popular tourist area. The food was good but not exceptional, service was sometimes slow but we were outside the main dining area. I will go back if we are in the area.
