Right in the middle of town. The hotel is right on the main street but they have taken great strides at insulation that you do not hear any noise. The staff at the desk can not be more helpful, they really take pride in making your stay the best.

We unfortunately arrived late but had a very nice welcome, being greeted by the hotel Director.
The staff was very friendly, and one or two little bugs (WIFI for iPhones) were promply solved.
The dinner was awesome, and although somewhat "modern" nobody was hungry in the end (I recommend the vegetable soup, clams with sauce, venison pie, and I can't choose between the desserts...!
Breakfast fortunately was at our choice (I hate buffets), and on the second morning they served special typical cakes for the kids, a very nice touch and much appreciated.
What I liked best? Besides the magnificent dinner, a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, for the 7h coffee before anything else...! I really love that!
I intend to go back for half a week after Easter!

Room Tip: I can't compare!

Decided to stay longer in Sintra and had to find an alternate hotel as the one in which we were staying could not accommodate us any longer. We were sorry about that but along came the Sintra Boutique Hotel. Centrally located ,it is close to everything you could possible want.
The staff were professional, friendly and sooooo helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed four days and loved every minute.

The room was fresh, spacious and well appointed with a great window seat on which to perch and watch the passing parade of Sintra.

Also a bonus was the chocolate shop located adjacent to the foyer. Beautiful chocolates and a charming young owner who kept giving us free samples!!!!!

Room Tip: Not sure if there was a pool or a fitness centre. We were too busy walking and eating chocolates.

Such a great hotel.
Staff from the front desk to the kitchen and dining area are so pleasant, willing and helpful.
Outstanding breakfast
Hotel in great location right in town.
Beautifully appointed, modern, fresh and spacious.
We had a Kings size bed that felt divine.
The bed quality linen and incredibly clean.
Just loved it.
I definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the street. However with the windows closed and AC on it was the best sleep ever.

I have booked this hotel shortly after it opened and no reviews were available. And it turned out to be just perfect. Located in the heart of historic Sintra,in the old remodeled building and facing the National Palacio Museum with great views at the valley, it offers all the convenience and comfort of the modern hotel - very nicely sized room with a comfortable bed, great stocked bathroom, free wi-fi, etc. Great breakfast in the first floor cafeteria, with eggs made per order, fresh fruit, perfect espresso (you can't find such coffee and espresso in the US) and a smile. Everyone in the hotel was helpful and ready to accommodate any request.

If you go by car - you may ask for the directions ahead of time (few parking spaces are available at the curb) - we had made 3 circles before we figured this out - not without some help from the front desk.

I am writing this review now, after almost 3 weeks spent on the roads of Portugal and Spain, and I have to say - it was one of the best quality/location/value/comfort hotels we stayed at. I hope that it will continue to provide great service and quality going forward.
