The concept is a bit bizarre, Japanese and Italian, but really it's one restaurant with two separate menus, not a fusion between the two cuisines. We ate solely from the Japanese menu and the quality of the fish was very excellent. However, there were a few mix-ups that certainly could be improved on. The waiters that helped us were very friendly, but it seemed that our order got mixed up twice leading to us getting different sushi than we ordered. Also, we thought the ambiance of the restaurant could have been a bit better (lighting was pretty bright). The quality of the food was definitely top notch (the sushi, at least), and it's definitely worth a visit in Sintra.
