We sought out this restaurant because we'd had such a good meal at the Romana in the old part of town the previous evening and the card we were given at the Romana showed they were somehow linked. We had the tourist menu but there was no absolutely no comparison to the quality of food or friendliness of staff to the other restaurants we visited in Funchal. Meagre portions with one main courses consisting of a few plain cooked vegetables surrounding a couple of tiny squid. We were glad to put the experience behind us.
