This six bridges tour is offered by a range of companies, we chose this one by accident and I think it isn't very different from all the others: It takes about an hour a little up and down the Douro in Porto, with a view at the (unspectacular) mouth of the douro, only offering information on the six bridges and little else. Anyway it is a very enjoyable trip, especially at dusk, when Porto seems golden, bathed in the light of the low sun. As so often in Portugal they might want to realize that tourists are really interested in more history and information on Porto, which could also be given during the tour. We now realized Douro Acima offers more Douro trips, for example also from Regua to Pinhao, which we did with another company, very enjoyable too. Good to know there is some competition on this route too.
