The only thing not liked was the location, all the rest was perfect. New hotel, probably one of the first 3 we ever stayed. The staff was very helpful, one of them accompanied us to a restaurant located at least 300 m from the hotel. Congratulations!

We have just been in these hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well equipped very clean, the room are big. It has a parking place although you have to pay 12 euro per day, good location we walked to the river ( took half an hour) And back we took a taxi 6 euro. And near by its a shopping street lots of restaurant nearby.
The only problem was with the wi fi that didn't work the first night
W paid an average of 85 per night not including breakfast and parking. It really good value for money

Other reviewers have mentioned it, and I'll echo it - this hotel is off the beaten path. You need to take a train to get there and even then it is a 10 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to The Ribeira (and the walk back is an uphill trek). The hotel itself is a good value - the rooms are simple, but clean, modern and comfortable. The staff makes this hotel - they were incredibly helpful in terms of what to see and do while in Oporto. They just genuinely wanted visitors to Oporto to enjoy their stay - which is always appreciated.

We ended up in Oporto by chance - another hotel cancelled our reservation 24 hours prior to our arrival. So, we booked a room in Oporto and hoped for the best. And that's what we found.
Staff was helpful and friendly, wi-fi was free, and also there is a public (free) parking in front of the hotel. So, we could see our car from the room balcony. Metro station is couple of minutes away from the hotel and it takes 10 minutes by metro to get to the Porto’s historic center.
Room was clean, spacious, all in all - we found another place in the world that's worth coming back.

Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Porto, €145 for 2 people for 2 nights including breakfast is fantastic value for this beautiful 4* hotel. The metro is a 2 minute walk to be able to travel into the city & a 24hour pass is only €4.45 & includes the funicular tram.
