Owner description: PLEASE BOOK TO OUR E-MAIL TILL 10PM OF THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR Portofreetour guides are not professional tour guides but enthusiastic, friendly individuals with knowledge of Porto who will accompany you on a visit of the city, take advantage of their passion and discover hidden, unusual places off the tourist trail. Together we designed a few "caminhos" through our city, giving you a glimpse of what Invicta's all about. Zigzagging between past, present and potential futures, we try to give an insight into our hometown that will enable you to understand and enjoy it evermore. Our visits are simple and friendly : we try to limit our tours to 6 people maximum, so you can get to sightsee without the crowd, we also like to have a small break (Porto's hilly), to chill out and chat, no rush we're in Portugal. Average tour duration : 2h or 3hTime : 10/11am or 2/3pm

“Catarina - guide in Porto”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Catarina did a great job giving us Porto free tour. She was very knowledgable and positive and took as to great spots not every tourist would find. I personally felt like walking with a friend for ~2.5 hours and was so much falling in love with Porto! Also she gave us many good tips where to go afterwards. Highly recommended.
And very welcome to Vilnius, dear Catarina!

“Amazing day”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

My wife and I went for a walk with Catarina and she was amazing, She surely knows a lot about architecture and the history of the city which is amazing. She told us about the Saint John's party that was about to happen later in the same day and told us some good places to see the fireworks and where we could enjoy a genuine Saint John's Party among other things to do and visit in while we were in Porto, some great restaurants and typical dishes. Definitely a non-touristic tour, you feel like you're walking with a friend. The tour lasted about 3 hours and we could see amazing places that only people from Porto know. Thanks Catarina, your tips made us enjoy the best of Porto.

“Do the tour! Just do it! ”
Reviewed 13 June 2014 via mobile

As others have said, Andre is a very friendly man who knows what he is talking about. He makes you feel as if you're being shown around and getting the inside scoop by a friend. Also, they keep the groups small so that the tour doesn't lag and everyone gets proper attention. I'm very glad we chose free porto tour and definitely recommend others to do the same :)
