We went to RUA on a busy Friday night. We received a very friendly welcome and started our night off with some cocktails. A very nice Porto Tonico! The selection of Tapas was very interesting and visually stunning. All our dishes were tasty and different, this wasn´t the same old stuff just mass produced. There was some wit and humour in the dishes too. Yes, they are a little bit more expensive than a more typical restaurants I go to in Porto but here you really get what you pay for. Our food came at a good pace and I must say the service all night was excellent! The Salmom mousse inside a ice-cream cone was great fun and tasted great too! Bacalhau was excellent and served in an old-syle "lata". We weren´t rushed out and stayed on for some more cocktails and some live music. The dance floor is a bit cramped but give it a go...enjoy RUA. It´s a fun night out!
