Strolling along Foz, we saw that the restaurant offered a 6 euros lunch menu with a salad buffet. Results were above expectations. Buffet included a wonderful choice of salads with great nut dressing, tasty soup, wonderful crusty fish fillet with creamy saffran sauce, and delicious cup of fruit salad with cream. We got to meet the chef, Yann Granado who actually animates a local TV program on cooking. We then tried his home made macarons. Clarisse and her husband recently opened this gastronomic treasure, with a winter garden in the back. We will definitely go back to try the raclette.
