- The restaurant looks great inside. The music selection was not a great for setting the mood and should have reflected the cultural imprint the restaurant is trying to recreate.
- The food was overpriced and the only thing the Francesinha had inside was steak and white cheese. That is NOT how you make a Francesinha. I am from Porto and was expecting way more from this restaurant.
- The service was slow. We had to ask several times the same thing to different waiters so we could finally get what we needed. This ranged for more beer to francesinha sauce and even the final bill. After the final bill came we had to wait so long that we just got up and went straight to the cashier...
For the price we had to pay the experience we got was really average. There are several other options in Porto that serve better for less money and the environment looks as classy as Brasão.
