For internet connection, they charge EUR 22 for 24 hours (with restrictions for data transfer volume). The hotel next door, Crowne Plaza provides free wifi in the hotel. If you need internet connection, you should consider the rate including the charge for internet connection.

For other aspects, the hotel was OK. However, rooms are very small. I guess many people would expect better facility from the name of Hilton.

This was a very decent hotel. The room was a good size - and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower worked well. It was very quiet. The staff at the front desk were always charming, and sent up extra pillows when we requested them, printed out timetables etc. It's a business hotel, but works well for leisure travellers too. My only gripe was that the bathroom light came on automatically when you open the door, flooding the bedroom with light - but my partner thought it was a great piece of technology, so take your pick!
The location isn't that great - a ten minute walk from the centre, in the business area - lots of other high-rise hotels about - but the biggest shopping mall in the city is across the road, and the metro stop is right there. It's near Gare du Nord, NOT the Eurostar stop, but there's a direct metro from one to the other.

Hotel located right on the shopping street that leads to the Dam Square. Room is very good sized on hard wood floors. TV was small though. Bed is ok. The bathroom is also roomy and shower head was great (very strong). Staff is friendly; but they seem short staffed in the morning/early afternoon. There was only 1 person working at the front desk when we arrived around 1pm - and we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we were helped. Another pro is that this hotel was next to the Sheraton. The Neon sign at the Sheraton became a landmark for us and helped us easily find our way back to the hotel at nights!

When you are visiting Belgium, remember to eat Escagot from the street, Fritz with Mayo/curry ketchup, and Waffles. (I wasn't impressed with their Mussels and Fries)

Stayed her for night while visiting brussels and Brugges ( what a lovely city that is)

Early check in was made possible by a friendly receptionist and a free upgrade to a exec room on the 9th floor. (Was it a junior suite?)
The room was nice witha seperate living area and then a bedroom nice ameninities..

Complimentary chocolates and water bottles..

The sape of the room was a bit odd and made me feel a little cramped and the WINDOWS VERY VERY Odd. too small and circular.. Its little crampy.

The morning break fast was crowded and missed a personalized service. No one bothered to ask for coffee/ Juice etc.. Other wise OK..

As Diamond Hhonors member you expect free acces t business center, but that was charged! so I didnt use..

Minor service issues, cramped windows, other wise OK..
The location is nice - 5 mins walk to NOORD station and 10 mins to grand place and the markets.. beautiful city...
If you get a good deal- stay here!

Stayed for three days at the hotel. The area was quite quiet and felt very safe. Just across the square is a very large shopping mall which had everything. There was also a good brasserie close by. The hotel staff were very efficient and helpful, the room clean, comfortableand well appointed. Overall this was a quality hotel. To get to the hotel from the Brussels Nord railway station was easy and quick, a short seven minutes walk. The Grand Place was ten minutes walk away, a paradise for those interested in architecture and chocolate shops! Belgian trains are also efficient and moderately priced and we were able to spend a lovely day in Bruges very easily. All in all I would definitely use this hotel again.

We stayed here for one night, and I am surprised at the poor reviews of the hotel. The lobby is not grandiose, however it is appropriate to the location and the type of hotel, and despite previous reviews, the bar/restaurant in the lobby are very attractive.

The room is small but well designed, and is more than adequate for a short stay, which would appear to be the most common type of stay in a city like this. The amenities are good, bathroom very clean. The only criticism is that the TV is a CRT and maybe 21", rather than a larger flat screen as is now common.

We left our passports and other articles in the safe by mistake as we left early in the morning and were still half asleep. On the train to Brugge, we called the hotel, and Matthias at the desk was extremely helpful, tracked down our items, had them shipped to our next hotel in a priority envelope, and called twice to confirm sending and delivery. He was outstanding.

The bar staff were very friendly and very helpful.

This is a good hotel with super staff.

Certainly in my experience of many Hiltons this must be in the running. The room we had was certainly the worst. Large bed in tiny room, with little space for anything else. Tiny wardrobe in the corner, shaped like a kitchen corner cupboard, one side with a trouser press and the other with the room safe, leaving room for a couple of jackets and not much else. A gloomy room with dark wood of 1970s appearance. A view of a small enclosed inner well, pipes and fire escape. All this would maybe have been forgivable (we did get a very good rate, or what we thought was a good rate before arriving) if the public areas were of something like Hilton standard, but the bar and restaurant area was instead like that of a poor Holiday Inn Express or lesser budget hotel. The reception staff were not exactly welcoming and when asked about our stay when leaving, a mild complaint about the room got the hardly adequate response "well the building wasn't built as a hotel"!

The Crowne Paza right next door is a much better bet, an old hotel with plenty of character, and, if you want a Hilton, the other Brussels Hilton in the centre, on Boulevard de Waterloo, is a proper one.
