I stayed here with my daughter 31st August for 2 nights. Got a really good deal through Late Rooms for a king-size bed with a sofa bed. We were on the 6th floor and the room had no view; only a solid wall immediately in front of the window but the room itself was very nice.
There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room but for some reason the hotel only provided two very small cartons of cream (which was horrible in tea!) but there is a supermarket very nearby in the shopping centre across the road where you can get milk which you can then keep in the fridge in the room.
On the downside, we ate in the hotel on the first night which was very expensive (18 euros for a small lasagne). There are no menus, instead you are given an iPad on which to place your orders (novel). The meal was nice but certainly overpriced for what it was. We ate breakfast at the Exki cafeteria a few minutes walk away towards the centre of town which was great value; croissant and coffee 1 euro each before 11am However this was not open on Sunday so we found another place further in towards the centre of town.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there is a stop for one of the "hop on, hop off" bus tours 2 minutes from the hotel as well as a tram and metro station near the shopping centre from which you can travel to the Grande Place.
Overall, a very nice stay but my advice would be to eat out.
