The bed here is amazing! One of the softest, most cozy beds I have ever been in. I was concerned that it was a twin but all concerns are gone. I have the Superior Room with business package so you get free internet, breakfast, Fitness center for 149 Euro per night. You are a block away for the Brussels Nord station and the Rogier station so you can get just about anywhere quickly by Metro. I am on the courtyard so it is very quiet. There is no room service but the hotel is connected to the Club Cafe where they serve breakfast in the morning. It is closed on Sunday's which is when I arrived after the breakfast time. Everything is closed in the area on Sunday so get something to eat at the airport or train station if arriving then. The breakfast is fine, nothing fabulous but all that I need. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, coffee. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you want to walk to some of the sights, it would be a bit of a walk but like I said, the metro is right here and cheap. Bring a internet cable for your computer. I didn't get wireless in the room. Internet service is great though.

A hotel with basic services. No restaurant (just a caffetteria that closes in the afternoon), you're obliged to go out for dinner even if you'd prefer to have something in your room.
You cannot ask for anything in the room, neither for a sandwich, they haven't no room service at all. There are no snacks in the minibar (just a chocolate bar).
Rooms are clean and modern, but not very spacious and some of them are noisy. Location is close to the center, but not the nicest part, it is not reccommended to walk alone during the night. Prices are high for what you get (150€/night only bed).

The taxi journey from the airport to this hotel cost around 45 Euros.
Upon arriving the check in process was very straight forward.
The room was basic yet had a warm feel to it, the bed was very comfortable, despite the hotel being on a main road - I did sleep soundly.
The bathroom was little yet the facilities were more than adequate.
The hotel is located a very short walk away from the main train station.
I needed to borrow an iron at 11.00pm and an adaptor plug for my laptop at 1.00am - both of which were brought up without any problem.
Overall very satisified with this place.

This was a comfortable and clean hotel.......a great background for a bustling weekend in Brussels. Sightseeing in Brussels is interesting and tiring and after a day of exploring we fortunately found the lobby to be great, beautifully furnished and a restful place with the bar nearby. The reception desk was very helpful when it came to making the next day's previously uncharted plans. Our room was comfy, fully equipped and the price was right for a European capital city hotel. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Hotel should be 3star only. The most irritating thing is that they have a Nespresso machine in the room, which you might think it replaces the usual boiler to prepare a nescafe or a tea. You think that this is a good improvement... and you drink 1-2 coffees per day. Then, when you check out and are asked to pay 3 Euros (!!!) for each coffee you had, without any previous notice about the charges, you decide that you won't stay at this hotel no more!!
