“If you can book this villa”
Reviewed 7 September 2016 for a stay in August 2016

I looked at dozens of villas in my research for a property on the island and the TripAdvisor feedback swayed me in my final choice. I ended booking this villa for my family last month and we had a lovely time, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The booking process was very smooth, Mel the owner was very easy to get hold of and very helpful during early communications.
We were then introduced to Andrew the villa manager who arranged for food provisions to be put in place for our arrival. He met us at the airport and checked in on us from time to time, his local knowledge helped us plan a great couple of weeks on the island. He helped us with contacts for car hire, day trips, taxis, local restaurant’s, shopping locations, dos and don’ts, etc and was always at the end of a phone if required.
He also arranged for his wife Ponty to come in and cook an authentic Thai dinner for us in the villa – wow what a great meal and very reasonably priced – I would recommend you try it out, it was probably one of the best meals we had while we were there.
The villa was great for our needs, plenty of space for the family to relax, aircon in every bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, the pool area was great too with its own bar area/loo and shower. The staff on site where very helpful and breakfast was served each morning by the pool by Ning who also tided up the refreshed the bedrooms each day.
Finally I must mention the amazing view from the pool area – it was just lovely to just sit there and watch the world go by each day, topped off with amazing sun sets each evening.

“Words cant describe how beautiful this place is”
Reviewed 11 August 2016 for a stay in May 2016

From start to finish our stay was nothing but breathtaking, I cant rate Mel's place highly enough. We as a group of friends rented this place for a week and it was a great place to base ourselves while in Koh Samui.

This place is amazing and if there was a paradise this certainly was it . Prior to our arrival we had arranged a transfer through the villa owner Mel who kept in contact throughout our stay. We where met by the villa managers Wife Pon at the most unique airport i have ever seen, The Airport is amazing and as soon as ya touch down you defiantly get that island feel.

10 Minuets later we arrived at the villa we where left speechless, the pictures dont do this place any justice you will not be disappointed. We had arranged for some daily essentials at a cost to be bought prior to our arrival and David had these done and stocked before we arrived and even stocked both the indoor and outdoor fridges with the beer we had ordered.

Each of the 6 air con bedrooms are of high standard, The master on the top floor is huge and includes a freestanding bath and outdoor shower. Just picture showering under the stars, whats not to like about that . There is 5 other rooms, 1 off the kitchen/living area and 4 on the lower level. The views from the rooms and terraces are amazing. This villa could easily accommodate 2/3 family's with ample room for everyone. There is a living room a dining/reception room and table for 12 for dining indoors as well as the outdoor area for dining .They also have media room with great air con if one wanted to escape the sun for awhile.

Now onto the best spot, The infinity pool. One can spend hours on end here just chilling and enjoying the incredible pool. Whats not to like enjoying the views, watching planes take off and land and those amazing sunsets while sitting in the pool with massage jets. enjoying a beverage or 2 .
I do recommend the poolside massage, they are well worth it and can be arranged through Pon at a small charge.
There is an outdoor bar area with fridge and shower as well as a BBQ area and a shaded area with bean bags to lounge on. There was no shortage of different spots to lounge about and the lanai proved to be a hit with many especially for those poolside massages.

Every morning we looked forward to waking up, Ning would open the house with her brother and get started on the breakfast, you would just give her the nod and she would get started on Breakfast. Breakfast usually consisted of coffee/tea and local fruits ( You have to try) to start with followed by bacon, eggs any way you like all served on the pool terrace while enjoying the breathtaking views. Once breakfast was served she would then attend to the bedrooms/laundry and be at the house until midday should you require anything.

The location of the Villa is as the name suggests on a summit so a car is advisable for traveling up and down and can be arranged at a small cost through the owner or while over there. Although there is a few places within walking distance, its the steep walk back up which is a killer in the heat. Driving around the Island is not as bad as it sounds and its a great way to explore things of the beaten track. We got to see many viewpoints, beaches ,fisherman's village and waterfalls by hiring a car and wouldn't have seen half the stuff we saw if we didn't rent the car. Koh Samui is beautiful and well worth exploring with so much to see and do. Mel provides a great list of places and recommendations in the welcome pack so make sure to check them out. We also dined in a lovely local restaurant just below the resorts entrance not much to look at but high class food and service all at a great price. We even got them to deliver to the villa one night after coming back from an overnight island trip.

The staff are a credit to this place nothing is too much trouble for them, they are there to help and cant do enough for you. David and his wife Pon picked us up to take us to ferry's and help with organizing transport and how to get to our next port of call with ease which i cant thank them enough for. Ning always had a smile as well as Pon when we encountered them . David often called to check was everything OK and could he do anything for us. There is a house phone for guests to use while in and out of the villa which proved to be handy when keeping in contact should it run low just top it up at a local 7/11. All the staff numbers are listed on here as well as taxi service etc

This has been my first trip to Thailand and Koh Samui and certainly wont be my last. thanks to all the Staff in Samui Summit Villa for making our stay enjoyable. Ill be back

“Wonderful villa with stunning views over Koh Samui”
Reviewed 21 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

We stayed at the Samui Summit Villa last week. It is the most relaxing place I have ever been. The pool is so beautiful you could lounge all day having massages and eating the freshest tropical fruit in the world. The villa is spotlessly maintained and furnished to the highest standard with all the modern amenities should you need them. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and if you need it the air conditioning is a blast. My third visit to Koh Samui and definitely the best.

“A little bit of paradise”
Reviewed 3 February 2016 for a stay in February 2014

From the time you arrive at this stunningly beautiful villa all cares and worries disappear! Facilities, decor and attention to detail are second to none with luxury being the order of the day. And that was before we saw the spectacular views given our arrival was in darkness. Following our arrival at the cutest little airport I have ever seen and the swift transfer to the villa by the very friendly and efficient villa manager, Andrew, the luxurious fully air conditioned bedrooms were a welcome sight following a very long journey. On waking the following morning and drawing the curtains I will always remember one of the most glorious views I have ever witnessed. An expanse of sparkling blue sea, mountains and temples' not to mention the 'Golden Buddha' in the distance. It is a memory that will stay with me forever.
The villa's master bedroom boasts an outdoor private shower, and each of the spacious bedrooms has its own en suite and private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views and pretty gardens. Living areas are beautifully and comfortably furnished and all overlook the glorious views. A large dining room is a feature of the living area, however we ate mostly outside in either of the two outdoor areas during our stay. For those who may like a little respite from the sun theire is a covered Sala overlooking the infinity pool, and a further shaded area outside the dining room. Did I mention the fully air conditioned TV and games room and the well appointed kitchen? Friendly staff add to the lovely atmosphere of the property and for those who wish to park their culinary skills during their stay, Pon and her assistants provide the most sumptuous meals. If dining out is preferred there are numerous excellent restaurants and bars close by. Given the villas fabulous location on the top of a hill a rental car should most likely be considered to allow easy access to nearby villages, restaurants and shops. Don't miss out on visiting nearby 'Fishermans Village' - it was one of my favourite places, and 'Walking Street' is not to be missed. And the sunsets, absolutely spectacular! I have had the good fortune to stay at this property on two occasions and sadly have had to miss out on the opportunity to visit for a third time in recent weeks. But, I look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future to stock up on its peace, tranquility and luxury!

“Amazingly beautiful with views to die for, in one word fabolous and enchanting”
Reviewed 1 February 2016 for a stay in January 2016

Arrived to the island after 3 long flights and Andrew was there to pick us up in the sweetest airport ever. The drive to the villa is only 10 minutes away from the airport so we were nicely settled with a lovely drink by the pool almost immediately.
This villa has a gorgeous infinity pool and open areas with a bar beside the pool and a lovely area to have lots of "ZEN" under a gorgeous Thai canopy, we booked massages and we all enjoyed the peace in tranquility.
Magnificent sunsets every evening, 6 pm my favourite time of the day , a glass of vino , GT or bubbles was a "must" and listening to the music and just looking out into the gorgeous views.
The villa has everything you may need, bedrooms all on suite, with the master bedroom being total luxury.
Living areas were fantastic and dining as fresco was amazing, Andrew's wife prepared the most delicious Thai dinner for all of us and I would recommend if you do not want to venture out to the great and varied restaurants, food in KO Samui is superb, weather is in a little mall restaurant or in a posh one!
Breakfast was served every morning by the delightful Ning with the biggest smile for every one.
This island has lots to offer, had my visit to the Temple which is just 5 minutes down the hill and was able to add a brick with the name of my loved one for their new temple that that they are building.
Would recommend this villa to anyone that wants to get away from their daily lives and would like to feel "home from home in paradise" and is very suitable for couples or families, just bring light clothes and you can enjoy the freedom of no shoes for your whole stay!
I loved everything about it and had a most wonderful 10 days with good friends and made
memories to treasure.

“Unparalleled splendor , without a doubt one of the best if not the best!”
Reviewed 13 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

I am not sure words can capture the essence of this villa . From the moment you enter and descend the stair well into the living room and grand room, you know you picked the right place for your stay. The patio/ pool are views are indeed hard to put into words. Serenity, majestic, panoramic, introspective, soothing, unimaginable and beyond words are what you, your body and soul will be telling you. You will not want to leave or go anywhere else. Your days will be spent contemplating or indulging the senses from the infinity pool as fishing boats and the beautiful waters dance upon the horizons. You will surely want to be here s long s you can. The home is furnished with all the necessities and "bells and whistles" needed to not just compliment your stay, but insure you are well taken care of and without a doubt in the right place. The view from the pool/patio area is most likely a 200 degree view which has no equivalent . Come here and pamper your soul, your senses , your existence to unimaginable delights . There are places in this world and life that have that effect on you, this is by far one of them.

Food etc... Are up to you and within 5 minutes, but trust me, you probably will order food to be delivered here .

SAFE TRAVELS

“The most incredible villa we've ever stayed in. Pure indulgence!”
Reviewed 30 April 2015 for a stay in June 2014

From the moment we arrived at Samui airport it was 5* service from then on.
We were met by Frederick at the airport from May Car Rentals with our hire car and he dropped us to our Samui Summit Villa which was only a short journey through the lovely bustling streets.
The Villa is situated in Choeng Mon. It was absolutely spectacular with the most incredible views of Samui. The villa is bright and airy and extremely comfortable. My favourite thing about the villa was the large infinity pool which i could have stayed in all day. Total relaxation and plenty of sunloungers to catch the rays. There was also a Sala for in-house massage beside the pool in the open air which we booked and it was so private and excellent by a local Thai lady.
The accommodation was second to none. Beautiful attention to detail with the interior design and very comfortable beds. The outdoor shower leading out from our ensuite was divine!
I can't recommend this villa highly enough and its staff. Andrew the manager of the villa was extremely accommodating and helpful. Ning cooked the most delicious breakfast for us every morning and kept the villa sparkling while we were there.
This villa was in a perfect location, close to every amenity and we couldn't fault one single thing! I'd be back in a heartbeat.
