We rented the property for an 8 day stay in November. The property is all it claims to be and some more! It is a beautiful property in a quiet area of Koh Samui, directly onto a beach. Unbeknown to me it was the start of the rainy season, but we were made aware of that on our second day till the 8th day (hence the "low season" rating, I suppose). When we arrived we were greeted at the gate by the property manager, Natalya, and escorted to the villa, just a short walk to the beach. Fresh fruit, a bottle of bubbly and a loaf of bread awaited our arrival. The villa is spacious, well presented and large enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is large enough for a cool down dip with a few people and the cabana has a table and chairs large enough for our group. Natalya and her assistant Bhum (I hope I used the correct spelling) were always on hand to assist us with our needs, such as laundry, transport, travel advise and restaurant recommendations/bookings. Every day we received a fresh loaf of bread and the villa and surrounding gardens were cleaned in a very short time, for this about 10 staff came around, cleaned the villa, did the gardening and cleaned the pool, but always ensured that this was done at a time suited to us. We had a great time and are pleased we stayed in Frangipani. All we need to do next time is to choose our dates a bit more careful. Unfortunately we were unable to rate the beach, because of the weather!
