“All the delights under one roof!”
Reviewed 18 March 2014

I love looking around antique shops and collections of vintage goods and if you do too Cornucopia will be real treat for you. Parking is free at Budgens or down the street from Cornucopia. If you park at Budgens pop into the Bullock Fair charity shop also, then cross over to the book section. In Cornucopia there are independent sellers so there are a lot of individual stalls to suit all price ranges. It is very well set out. The cafe serves the usual lunchtime fayre, nothing special, but the staff are nice, if a little flustered, but the surroundings are comfy and relaxing. Put this village and Cornucopia on your things to see list if you are holidaying this way. The pub looks like fun and I think I read that you can hire it for a private function, worth doing I think for an intimate night of fun with friends

“A vintage gem”
Reviewed 15 March 2014 via mobile

Really enjoyed an afternoon tea in quirky surroundings. So nice to see this place rejuvenated. Unusual stalls with plenty of reasonably priced vintage items, ideal gifts for the friend who has everything. Great to find a licensed cafe, excellent service, with good choice of food, tea pigs tea served in vintage china and plenty of conversation pieces. What's not to like? Only the fact that the bar is not open in the evening.

“Depressing”
Reviewed 8 January 2014

I called in one morning to have a coffee and cheese scone. The cafe is made up of mismatched tables and chairs which just looked scruffy. The waitresses looked bored and it was too much trouble to serve you. The scone was supposed to be cheese and caramelised onion, it tasted sweet like a fruit scone and I have no idea where the cheese was! The coffee was bitter like it had been brewing for a while. All in all not an enjoyable experience and I won't be returning
